Research On The Ecological Poverty Governance Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics In The New Era

2020 is the year when the well-off society will be fully completed.China’s fight against poverty has entered the final stage,and getting through the "last mile" fight against poverty has become an important task at this stage.Ecological poverty,as a form of poverty that appeared in the new period of China’s reform and opening up,has become more important due to its more complicated causes of poverty and greater difficulty in getting out of poverty.After a long period of time since the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way,there will be a large number of relatively poor people in our country,and the management of ecological poverty will still be an important content of social governance in China.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the ecological poverty problem based on the existing achievements of ecological poverty management and the development characteristics of the new era,strive to solve the current practical difficulties in ecological poverty management,explore the construction of a new era of ecological poverty management system,and consolidate and expand the achievements of national poverty management.From the perspective of Marxist theory,this article first clarifies the basic concepts of ecological poverty and social governance,and summarizes the relevant theoretical achievements that can provide support for ecological poverty governance in China and the West,and lays the foundation for further research at the theoretical level.Secondly,it conducted a phased study on the development process of ecological poverty management in China,summed up the important achievements and experiences in ecological poverty management in China since the reform and opening up,and provided support for the implementation of ecological poverty management in the new era at the practical level.Then,from the five major development concepts,the construction of a beautiful China,the strategy of rural revitalization,the transformation of major social contradictions,and the growing awareness of the people ’s governance subject,the favorable factors for carrying out ecological poverty governance in the new era are clearly identified;At the same time,the article positively reveals the practical dilemma faced by China’s ecological poverty governance due to the insufficient viability of the poor,the contradiction between capital expansion and ecological protection,the imperfect governance supervision system and the systematic lack of governance concepts.Finally,from the basic principles and the specific path of two aspects of the new era of socialist ecological poverty management plan with Chinese characteristics is conceived.First,China’s ecological poverty management should always be carried out under the guidance of the three basic principles of people-centered,protection priority and precise governance.Second,the article proposes specific ways to improve the governance effect of socialist ecological poverty with Chinese characteristics in the new era,from improving the socialist system,building a socialist ecological culture with Chinese characteristics,developing a new ecological economy,establishing and improving horizontal ecological compensation mechanisms and encourage moderate labor export and ecological migration.
