In recent years,Ozone has become one of the six major polluting gases in the air.The increasing concentration of ozone near the ground is extremely harmful to human and other creatures.Therefore,it is very meaningful to detect the ozone concentration in the atmosphere.Aiming at the shortcomings of low accuracy,large error and poor real-time detection of ozone concentration in China,a kind of ozone concentration detector with small error and real-time display function based on UV spectrum analysis was designed.By analyzing the ultraviolet absorption cross-section of ozone,the ozone concentration detection model is built based on the Lambert-Beer law,and the ozone concentration detection method of the ultraviolet absorption method is proposed.For the detection of weak photoelectric signals,algorithms based on LMS,RLS criteria and dual adaptive noise cancellation are studied.By contrast,the dual adaptive noise cancellation algorithm has the best noise reduction effect and effectively improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal.This topic designs the ozone concentration detector from three parts:optical path,hardware and software.The optical path design is a dual optical path measurement system,which effectively improves the detection accuracy of ozone concentration.The hardware design uses STM32F103 RC as the main control chip,combined with the dual optical path system to realize the detection of ozone concentration,and realizes the processing,storage,and transmission of monitoring date through through the integration of signal processing module,storage module and 4G network transmission module and other core modules.As the support of hardware design,software design uses keilμVision5 to complete the setting of the initial state of the main program,and write programs for data processing,transmission and display.The XHCAL2000 B dynamic gas calibrator is used to calibrate the designed ozone concentration detector.The relative error of the displayed value is 7.3%,the repeatability is 0.9%,and the response time is 45 seconds.
