Research On Design Of Ceramic Tea Set Ware Derivative Based On Spinner Color Painting

The design innovation of non-heritage culture derivatives can not only play the role of cultural communication,but also better promote the development of national cultural economy industry.However,the design of cultural derivatives of good and bad intermingled,there is still much room for improvement.In this paper,the main object of study is the color painting of the spinner,from the cultural and geometric elements of spinner color paintings and the rationality of the shape and structure of ceramic tea sets,the research on the design and development of spinor color painting ceramic tea ware Derivatives was carried out.First of all,consult the relevant literature,to investigate and analyze the symbolic and cultural features of the color paintings of the spinner,according to the shape-deconstruction method,the structural features of the spiral color painting are analyzed and summarized;To sum up the symbolic features and cultural significance represented by the color painting of Spinzi,to study the design skill and manufacture technology of carding ceramic tea set.According to the cultural and color characteristics of the spinner color painting,the appropriate ceramic type and production technology are selected,then,through investigation,the author made an experimental study on the three unreasonable structures of the teapot in the course of its practical use,it includes the gravity analysis of the ratio of the handle to the spout and the body of the kettle;Through the experiment,the degree of salivation of the spout was analyzed;The influence of spout angle on the dumping of pot tools was analyzed.Finally,the experimental data obtained from the above experiments are used to guide the design of the ceramic tea set.By using the shape-deconstruction and deformation method,the design of rotator color painting elements is transformed into tea ware derivative products,As a result of the above-mentioned process,the derivative products of tea ware namely,the modeling elements that are reasonably integrated into the culture of spinner color painting,And it’s more structured,more human.In this paper,the geometric and cultural features of the spin color painting design elements,carry on the design and development of ceramic tea ware derivatives.Through investigation and analysis of the problems in the structure of the teapot,Then analyze and design the experiment to solve the existing problems.So that the tea set not only has the function of cultural dissemination,and has the modelling structure reasonable superiority.Then through the case analysis and experimental research methods,the characteristics of the spinner color painting are summarized,and the comprehensive design description is made by combining the modeling characteristics of the ceramic tea ware,and the derivative products of the ceramic tea ware are designed,finally make a summary and enlightenment.
