Diamond possesses many excellent characteristics,which are mainly determined by the impurity structure and contration in diamond.It attractes many researchers to do research on doping and modification of diamond.The formation environment of natural diamond is mostly accompanied the presence of sulfide,and the formation process of natural diamond is not yet clear,Therefore,the selective addition of compounds is not only meaningful to understand the formation of new functional characteristics and the relationship between the impurities in the diamond,but also important to understand the formation of natural diamond and the evolution process of chemical substances in the mantle.The experimental equipment in this study is a Chinese cubic-anvil high-pressure apparatus.On the basis of temperature gradient method and solvent theory,carbonyl iron powder,CH4N2S,and Ti/Cu and CH4N2S are added together to conduct experiments on diamond synthesis.And by means of optical microscope(OM),electron scanning microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared absorption spectroscopy(FTIR),Raman spectroscopy(Raman),photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL)and other means to deepen the doped synthetic diamond research,the main research contents and conclusions as follows:1.The diamond synthesized by doping carbonyl iron powder only contains C-center nitrogen,and under the same doping amount of carbonyl iron powder,the nitrogen concentration of the diamond grown on(111)crystal surface is higher than that of the diamond grown on(100)crystal surface.O element is present in the sample diamond.The NV-color center of diamond doped with carbonyl iron powder is always stronger than the NV0color center.2.With the increase of the doping amount of CH4N2S,the nitrogen concentration of diamond has increased,and the nitrogen impurity of diamond is C-center nitrogen.However,the nitrogen concentration of synthetic diamond decreases when the doping amount of CH4N2S is 3 mg.The PL test analysis disiplays that the diamond doped with CH4N2S has a strong Raman peak,and when the amount of doped CH4N2S is 1 mg and 2 mg,the diamond grown on the seed(100)crystal surface shows a 3H color center.At the same dosage,the NV color center of diamond grown on the(111)crystal surface of seed crystal is stronger than that grown on the(100)crystal surface of seed crystal.3.Infrared detection indicates that the diamond synthesized by adding CH4N2S in Fe Ni Co-Ti/Cu-C system was Ia A type diamond,and H element is also present.PL spectral measurement exhibits that NE8 color center exists in the obtained diamond as-grown along(100)surface synthesized with 3 mg of CH4N2S additive in FeNiCo-Ti/Cu-C system.
