| At present,in the tire manufacturing plant or storage and transportation plant,due to the lack of technical support for the automated system of machine operation,the tires are basically relying on manual work in the final loading process.This type of operation is extremely harmful to the human body and has a high risk factor.This results in huge cost of manpower transportation in the factory and low transportation efficiency.Therefore,this thesis takes the traditional tire loading and unloading as the research object,and combines the positioning algorithm technology and data communication technology to study the tire loading and unloading methods.This thesis gives a full description of the development and status quo of tire handling in tire manufacturing or store and transport plants at home and abroad.It concludes that the significance of the subject research is to analyze the deficiencies of the current handling methods.Based on an in-depth analysis of the functional requirements in the tire handling process,this thesis proposes an overall scheme for an embedded tire factory intelligent loading and unloading system.The whole system is composed of two parts,which are hardware control section and software design section.The hardware section defines the wireless communication module with SX1278 as the core,the RFID radio frequency module with FM17522 as the key,the data processing module with STM32F103C8T6 as the kernel,and other auxiliary circuits.This realizes the collection and transmission of data and the control of the robotic arm during tire loading and unloading.The software is divided into three parts.Firstly,the design of communication and transmission protocols between various devices.This mainly sets information such as loading and unloading operations,loading and unloading area selection,and fault alarm during tire loading and unloading.Secondly,the anti-collision design of the robotic arm is implemented by the combination of Lo Ra polling and RFID positioning algorithms.Finally,the design of the App test software is to achieve the double guarantee of related information for the safety of tire handling.For example,real-time display of tire task volume,position information of the robot arm,the statistics of personnel information and testing of communication functions.The intelligent tire loading and unloading system realizes the purpose of automating the loading and unloading process of the tire manufacturing plant through the combination of software and hardware.After actual engineering tests,the system has a good effect.Furthermore,this has a positive effect on the safe and efficient tire loading and unloading. |
