| In order to change the situation that the production and packaging of the hazardous chemicals mainly depends on handwork.The packaging industry need to be improved the automation level of its production lines,which has become the development trend of the times.The production of hazardous chemicals relays national security and people’s lives and property safety.At present,the existing hazardous chemicals packaging technology in China is difficult to satisfy the market demand,this thesis aims to develop a bagging machine suitable for powdered hazardous packaging machine without foreign technical support.The research mainly includes 4 parts:Firstly,the requirements of the bagging process was analyzed by conceptual design.According to the requirements of different processes,the bagging equipment was divided into different functional modules,and structural solution that satisfied a specific function by function decomposition and structure mapping were gotten.Secondly,ANP was used to build an integrated set of evaluation criteria,and the connection of the criteria was built at the same time,according to the evaluation factors,each candidate scheme was evaluated and ranked so as to obtain the best one,thereby the design scheme of the overall device was formulated.In the third,the detailed structure of the bagging machine was designed and calculated based on best schemes,then selected drive element to assemble each part in the Solid Works 3D drawing software virtually,the key structures Virtual mockup was completed and add antistatic and dust-proof measures to improve the structural details.Finally,ADAMS software had been used to perform kinematics analysis on key structures to confirm the structure trajectory after that the key parts was analyzed by static analysis based on the finite element method,and the strength,stiffness were also checked.ANSYS Workbench software was used to acquire the frequency and the corresponding vibration mode by modal analysis,the dynamic characteristics of hopper could be estimated.Compared the virtual prototype simulation data with the actual situation of the prototype,it was proved that the bagging machine designed in this research meets the requirements of various indicators with high security and stability. |
