| Driven by the made in China 2025 plan,the packaging machine industry faces great challenges,especially in the environment of increasing raw materials and auxiliary materials and labor costs.The market demand for automatic packaging production line is growing rapidly.And the design and development of packaging machine industry also is put forward new requirements,requiring designers should start from the practical problems,using new technology and new methods to develop marketable automatic packaging equi pment.It was mainly engaged in powder for shift device of the big bag packaging production line as the research object,the main research contents were as follows:Firstly,starting from the basic requirements of the shift device in the production line to carry out the design research of the device.Firstly,developing a research and development process in line with the project,analyz ing and obtaining the overall design scheme of the system,and then carry ing out the function division of the overall scheme to obtain each functional component.Moreover,evaluating and optimizing the key component scheme,and finally get ting the better scheme of each component.Secondly,according to the above optimal scheme,the structural composition of semi-finished bag shifting device was analyzed,and its components were specifically designed with functional analysis method.The structural design of bag holding component,bag clamping component,metering component,bag holding component and bag shifting component was c ompleted respectively.The components of semi-finished bag shifting device were designed with Solid Works 3D software.Finally,used ANSYS Workbench on 3D model’s static analysis,understood the upper moving frame of load shape and stress situation in the process of conveying semi-finished products packaging variables.On the existing static analysis results,modal analysis was carried out on the upper moving frame,and analyzed its inherent modal frequency and vibration mode.moreover,checked the stiffness and strength.Then,the safety protection design of the moving and driving parts of the device is carried out.According to the above ideas,the semi-finished bag shifting device in the powdery hazardous chemicals big bag packaging machine production lin e was safe,reliable and simple in structure. |
