As China’s industrialization process has promoted economic prosperity and development,it also has brought tremendous pressure on the environment.Among them,air pollution is the most direct harm to the human body.Industrial organic waste gas is one of the main substances in air pollutants.S Company is one of the earliest domestic companies engaged in industrial organic waste gas treatment.After more than ten years of development,it has formed three major product series and has strong technical research and development strength in the industry.Although S Company has certain product advantages,it has performed generally inferior to competitors in terms of product marketing strategies.How to implement more effective product marketing strategies,actively expand product sales,seize more customer resources,increase product market share and help company to gain more is the problem to be carefully studied and resolved.The research on the marketing strategy of S company’s industrial waste gas treatment products mainly adopts enterprise interview method,questionnaire survey method,literature research method,system analysis method.First,this study comprehensively introduces the company’s profile,organizational framework,product development history,operating status and product marketing status.After that,the company’s product marketing status was analyzed,interview content of internal and external personnel was combed and the questionnaires were analyzed through data analysis.Combined with the company’s product marketing status and the problems reflected in the interview and questionnaire survey,this study uses 4Ps theory to find out the problem of company’s product marketing strategy.In order to find the key of the problem,this study also analyzes the cause of the problem.Then from the perspective of market demand,market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning,the STP analysis method was used to analyze the product market to provide more basis for proposing product marketing strategy optimization.The product marketing strategy optimization first puts forward the optimization ideas,secondly creates the basic conditions for the optimization strategies,and uses the 4Ps theory again to focus on the problems of the company’s product marketing strategies in product,price,channel,and promotion.Based on the company’s existing problems in product marketing strategy,this study expounds optimization ideas,launches optimization strategies,and compares marketing strategies before and after optimization.In general,this study forms an analytical framework of "S company profile-marketing status analysis-marketing environment analysis-target market selection and marketpositioning-marketing strategy optimization".This study finds out the problems of S company’s product marketing,conducts a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the problems,and proposes ideas and methods to effectively solve the problems,which has certain reference significance for S company to improve its product marketing capabilities in the future.
