With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous advancement of new urbanization,the discharge of municipal solid waste in China has grown rapidly.The amount of domestic garbage produced in a few cities has even increased at a rate of 15%-20% per year.The phenomenon of “garbage besieged city” has become increasingly serious.As an important central city in the central and western regions of China,Chongqing has maintained a good economic development situation for a long time.However,with the rapid expansion of the city,the residents' demands for living environment have increased,and the problem of domestic garbage disposal has become increasingly severe.Urban domestic garbage has also become an important factor threatening the living environment of the residents of the city.According to the survey data,the main urban area of Chongqing has produced nearly 10,000 tons of live garbage per day,and it still uses the traditional treatment mode of transporting the truck to a fixed and harmless treatment plant for harmless treatment.In the main urban area,its domestic garbage is mainly transported to waste treatment plants such as Fengsheng,Tongxing and Heishizi.In the process of transportation,there is often the problem of garbage spillage and odor overflow.This kind of operation mode is low in efficiency and costly.The traditional processing mode makes the government overwhelmed,and the problem of harmonious urban development is increasingly prominent.The proper disposal of urban domestic waste has become an important factor restricting the further development of Chongqing.In order to properly solve the above problems,Chongqing has been striving to promote new ways of harmless treatment and classification of urban domestic waste,and has also brought new market opportunities for enterprises that are committed to solving urban domestic waste disposal.Based on the above background,Company A has been working in a sanitation unit in Yuzhong District and is committed to becoming a large-scale domestic waste treatment integrated service provider in Chongqing.As a professional organization that has been deeply cultivating urban environmental protection services for many years,it provides professional and efficient solutions for urban domestic waste treatment and perishable organic matter treatment,forming a complete front-end processing,real-time controllable,pollution-free transshipment,and low-cost operation.The domestic garbage disposal system truly realizes the proper disposal of urban garbage.However,in the actual operation process of Company A,although it has relatively strong technical strength,due to the lack of effective marketing strategy,it has not been able to solve the increasingly diversified and personalized customer needs in a targeted manner,which has made the company's development difficult.Therefore,Company A must have a deep understanding of the market and customer needs,and adopt a flexible and changeable marketing strategy in order to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition.Based on the above background,in order to help Company A out of the predicament,this paper selects Company A as the main research object and proposes an effective service marketing plan.In the process of specific research,with 7Ps marketing strategy theory,Porter's five-force model,SWOT analysis model and other marketing theories,through literature research,SWOT analysis and other methods,its waste treatment service marketing overview,model,environment and market supply and demand situation Detailed analysis,identify their strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and then propose targeted service marketing strategies based on these issues,specifically: design innovative "customized" product strategy;develop "differentiated" pricing strategy;give full play to Tangible display,optimization of service processes,etc.The research in this paper will help Company A to better understand the market and customer needs,provide a better reference for A company's waste disposal service marketing,and provide more flexible,diversified and targeted marketing strategies to make it fierce.In the market competition,we can better grasp market opportunities,enhance core competitiveness,and achieve the expected goals.
