It is one of the core principles of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee and one of the important goals of China’s 14 th Five-Year Plan to build an ecological civilization system,optimize the spatial distribution of China’s territory,develop high-quality spatial distribution and support systems,and promote high-quality coordinated development among regions.The change of urban land use structure will affect the urban ecological environment and even the global ecological environment.In recent years,environmental problems such as reduced forest coverage and soil erosion remain severe in Northeast China.An in-depth study on the ecological and environmental effects of the spatiotemporal dynamic evolution of urban land in Northeast China can provide decision-making suggestions for the coordinated development of urban land use evolution and ecological environment in Northeast China.Based on this,this article selects northeast China in 2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2018,5 36 cities as the research object,the selection of the northeast region land use dynamic degree and land use comprehensive index,the transfer matrix of land use and spatial autocorrelation,and standard deviation ellipse method such as analysis of spatial and temporal heterogeneity of land use of northeast region;Entropy weight method is used to evaluate the environment of Northeast China.The spatial Dupin model and the coupling coordination degree model were selected to analyze the ecological and environmental effects of the temporal and spatial evolution of urban land in Northeast China.The research results are as follows:(1)From 2000 to 2018,the degree of urban land development in Northeast China increased year by year,and the cultivated land,construction land and unused land area all increased.Woodland area,grassland area and water area all decreased.The change rate of unused land area increased by 32.27% at most,and the change rate of grassland area decreased by 31.86% at most.The temporal difference of dynamic attitude of land use in different cities indicates that the change speed of land use area in different cities is different.There are spatial and temporal differences in the change of dynamic attitude of urban comprehensive land use in Northeast China.There is a strong spatial correlation among all kinds of urban land use types in Northeast China,with the highest positive correlation being 0.71 for grassland and the lowest 0.188 for water area.For all types of land use types,there are areas with high and low value agglomeration and spatial dependence,and areas with low,high and low value agglomeration and spatial heterogeneity.The phenomenon of gravity transfer exists in all kinds of land use types.(2)From 2000 to 2018,the comprehensive evaluation index of ecological environment status,ecological environmental pressure and ecological environmental protection in Northeast China improved.Comprehensive evaluation index of urban ecological environment in northeast China are improved,and the ecological environment comprehensive evaluation index of minimum city of Siping 0.2786 in 2005,the highest city in Panjin 0.7738 for 2018,and the high evaluation index of city and region evaluation index of low degree of polarization has decreased,from the overall view,the trend of ecological environment to develop in the direction of high quality.(3)The evolution of different types of urban land use in Northeast China has different influences on the eco-environmental status,eco-environmental pressure and eco-environmental protection of the city or its surrounding cities,but the direct effect and spatial spillover effect on the comprehensive evaluation index of urban eco-environment are not obvious.Look from whole,urban land use and ecological environment in northeast China coupled coordination development mostly in the coupling coordination development state,only in 2000 and 2005,development of Baishan city is in a state of no coupling development coupling degree were 0.4368 and 0.4060,high coupling for the coordinated development of city of Harbin,Changchun,Shenyang,the capital city of the same administrative functions.
