Analysis Of The Temporal And Spatial Evolution Of The Coupling And Coordination Of Economic Development And Environmental Quality In Henan Province

Under the background of rapid industrialization and urbanization,health risks and economic losses caused by environmental problems caused by industrial production and living consumption have become increasingly prominent.Improving environmental quality is an important connotation and inevitable requirement of highquality economic development.Promoting the coordinated development between economy and environment is also of great significance to the high-quality economic development of Henan Province.How to achieve long-term coordination between economic development and environmental quality is a problem worthy of in-depth study.This paper selects 18 provincial cities in Henan Province as research areas,and studies the coordination between economic development and environmental quality from 2003 to 2018 by constructing the coupling coordination degree model.First of all,the current situation of economic development and environmental quality development in Henan province is analyzed qualitatively so as to understand the actual situation of their development.Then,the coupling coordination degree between economic development and environmental quality is calculated based on the coupling coordination degree model,and the evolution of coupling coordination degree of 18 provincial cities in Henan province is analyzed from two perspectives of time series and space.Finally,in order to clarify the spatial distribution characteristics of coupling coordination degree,the global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation models are integrated to test the coupling coordination degree between economic development and environmental quality in Henan Province.The results show that: firstly,in terms of timing changes,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of economic development and environmental quality in Henan province from 2003 to 2018 increase year by year,with a good development trend;the coupling degree changes gradually from the rivaling stage to the high-level coupling stage.From the perspective of coupled and coordinated development types,2003-2008 belongs to the unbalanced recession type of economic development lagging behind,and 2009 entered the stage of reluctantly coupled and coordinated development.The level of economic development is the main factor restricting the level of coupling and coordinated development of the two.Since 2010,economic development and environmental quality have entered the stage of coordinated development,and since 2013,they have changed from the synchronized type of economic environment to the lagged type of environment.Environmental quality has an obvious restricting effect on economic development.In terms of spatial evolution,there are obvious differences in the degree of coupling and coordination development of 18 provincial cities in Henan in the time period studied.The level of coupling coordination development is mainly manifested in the pattern of "high in the middle and low at both ends".The cities with high level of coupling coordination development are mostly concentrated in western Henan.Secondly,although the global autocorrelation is not significant,the local autocorrelation shows a certain development trend.In local autocorrelation,most cities concentrate on low and high development areas,which indicates that the coupling and coordinated development level of 18 provincial cities in Henan is relatively low on the whole,and the distance from the high-level coupling and coordinated development level is relatively large.Finally,according to the results of coupling and coordination evaluation,spatiotemporal analysis and spatial autocorrelation between economic development and environmental quality in Henan Province,three countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed,which are to develop the new economy and create a smart system respectively.Promoting transformation and development in light of local conditions;We will strengthen regional cooperation and jointly build a development platform.In order to promote the coupling coordination and mutual promotion of economic development and environmental quality in Henan Province,at the same time,reduce the development differences among provincial cities,to achieve balanced...
