Under the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",China’s construction projects have been extended to western cities.The construction scope of western cities includes Chongqing,Sichuan,Guizhou,etc.The terrain is mountainous and hilly.Under the complicated terrain of mountainous areas,the construction of highway bridges and tunnels is mainly used as the main part of the western region The characteristics of the project construction.During the construction,the construction of the access roads serves as a transportation channel to the construction site.Due to the characteristics of the type of road users,the terrain environment,and the long construction period,the safety issues of the access roads cannot be ignored.That is,the driver starts to study the driving safety of the construction road based on the eye movement characteristics.The driver obtains road information through vision,and makes operations after the brain judges the instructions.During this period,eye movement will occur,and its eye movement load will be affected by the road environment and the driver’s own factors.In the mountainous areas,the construction of roads is of low grade,the combination of horizontal and vertical lines is complicated,the lack of necessary safety facilities is serious,the main road users are mostly large vehicles,and there are many types of other road users.Therefore,the impact on eye movement load and driver interference is serious,Low security is very easy to cause accidents.The installation of safety facilities in the road can play the role of early warning and reminder and facilitate the acquisition of certain road condition information.It is an auxiliary facility for road safety.However,there are few studies on the driving safety of construction access roads with complex terrain and high risk at home and abroad,and the impact on the driver’s eye movement characteristics.Therefore,the standardization and safety significance of the safety facilities installed on the construction access roads Less discussed.This article will select typical mountain construction access roads for field test through field investigation,and divide the access road into several research target road sections.The test will be divided into two groups with and without safety facilities.The data of each eye movement parameter will be collected separately.The comprehensive analysis of the combination of field research and conclusions concluded that the installation of safety facilities and reasonable science on the construction roads in the mountain area has a positive effect on the driving safety of the driver,otherwise it will have a serious impact on driving safety.Although the construction department of the construction party supplements the necessary safety facilities,there are still many problems to be improved.Therefore,the Pearson correlation coefficient method was used to determine the correlation between the eye movement parameters and the key factors affecting road safety,and used as the evaluation standard for the safety evaluation classification of each road section.Then,the fuzzy cluster analysis method was used to cluster the road safety grades.The characteristics of each section are determined by key factors and the quantitative classification of subjective comprehensive evaluation.Finally,improvement measures and suggestions are proposed for each grade of section.The research conclusions of the thesis can supplement and strengthen the research and attention to the driving safety of construction roads in mountainous areas.At the same time,the safety level is evaluated for the dangerous sections of construction roads in mountainous areas from the perspective of the driver through eye movement data,and the safety of construction roads is proposed.The lack and irrationality of facility design settings,and put forward solutions and suggestions,aim to provide a reference for optimizing the design of driving safety supplementing the construction roads in mountainous areas.
