Research On The Impact Of Scientific And Technological Innovation On Green Economy Development

Till now,China has entered a period of new normal.At this moment,China has faced some huge challenges,which are about the transformation of economic upgrade.However,resource consumption and pollution are gradually hindering the permanent stablity of economy and society.Under the background of ecological construction,the six central provinces need to choose an inevitable way to practice the rise strategy and implement the green policy.Because this area is one part of economic development pattern in China.In the process of harmonizing the conflict between economy and environment,innovation have a vital impact in green policies.Therefore,the innovation-driven strategy has long-term and considerable implications for the green economic development of central China.In this article,the concepts and measurement methods of green economy and scientific and technological innovation are summarized and comprehensively described firstly.Then we clarifies the connotation changes of these two things.In the part of mechanism analysis,this article proposes that innovation is the key promoting factor to enhance economy.Squaring up the influence ways of innovation,this paper points that innovation can encourage progress by promoting green production,green ecology,and green life.Based on some high-impact research,this paper sets up an evaluation system of six central provinces by choosing indicators reasonably.After calculating the score,we explores the strengths and shortcomings of each province.Next step,this paper uses urbanization level,degree of openness and economic growth rate as control variable when designing the panel regression model.Before fitting the model,this paper conducts descriptive statistics on each variable and judged whether the variable selection was reasonable through heteroscedasticity test,thereby increasing the preciseness of the model.For ensuring the credibility of consequence,the article examines the data stationarity.Then based on the linear regression model,this paper considers the heteroscedasticity and the autocorrelation phenomenon,through the robust Hausman test,fixed Hausman statistics and excessive recognition based on inspection of Wald statistic to deduce that select fixed effect model to return to a more reasonable.Finally,this article tentatively gives some policy recommendations,hoping to make an affect in giving impetus to the green rise of the central region.There are three main results of the study.First,innovation can improve production levels and promote industrial optimization to support green production,can save resources,govern the environment,protect the ecology to maintain green ecology.It also can promote the green life by guiding green consumption and providing green products.Second,the overall green economy development and technological innovation capabilities of the six central provinces showed an upward trend,but the change speed and regional differences are more obvious during the study period.Third,take the six central provinces as an example,we can find out that technological innovation obviously promotes the develpoment of green economy.The improvement of innovation capabilities will drive the further development.The proportion of urban population and foreign direct investment have a energetic connection with green economy development.In addition,Excessive economic growth will aggravate resource depletion from the Quantitative analysis results,but does not hinder green economy significantly.In view of the deficiencies of green economy development,the suggestions made in this article include: improving innovation capabilities and advancing innovationdriven strategies;guiding the urbanization process and improving the residents’ life quality;promoting opening up and actively participating in international cooperation.
