Jingchu Carved Paper-cut is a folk handicraft in Hubei Province.It is a practical handicraft attached to the folk life of Jingchu people.It has a rich and diverse visual language.Under the impact of the development of modern society and multiculturalism,Jingchu carved paper-cuts are gradually far away from people’s lives due to technological development,weakening of functionality,and changes in decorative needs.The organic combination of the multi-dimensional space of modern society and Jingchu carved paper-cuts brings new exploration space for the interpretation of Jingchu carved paper-cuts.In order to make Jingchu Carved Paper-cut widely used in modern people’s life,we need to think about the effective deduction method of Jingchu Carved Paper-cut visual language in multi-dimensional space.The research of this article includes three parts.The first part is the theoretical research.This part analyzes the current research status at home and abroad through the literature research method.It systematically summarizes the related concepts and production of Jingchu carving paper-cuts and multi-dimensional space,and sorts out the Jingchu carving paper-cuts.Development thread.Through field surveys,I visited some carved paper-cutting artists and carved paper-cutting research institutes in Jingchu area.Based on the interview data,the visual language characteristics of Jingchu carved paper-cutting were extracted from three aspects: ideographic,decorative,and planar.Provides a theoretical basis.The second part is method research.This part first discusses the meaning and existing problems of Jingchu carving papercut deduction in multi-dimensional space.Through case analysis,this paper analyzes the excellent paper-cut deduction cases at home and abroad,and constructs the deductive method of Jingchu carved paper-cut in multi-dimensional space from three aspects: the graphical representation of two-dimensional space,the hierarchical modeling of three-dimensional space,and the interactive display of four-dimensional space..Provides solutions to existing deduction problems.The third part is expansive practice and summary.This part carried out the cultural interpretation design practice of the commercial street project of Puyang Town,Xiantao City,Hubei Province.In practice,the Xiantao culture is interpreted in Xiantao culture with Xiantao carved paper-cuts.The feasibility of the deductive method is verified by applying the deduction method of Jingchu carved paper-cuts in practice.Based on the interpretation results,the development prospects of Jingchu carved paper-cuts in modern environment are summarized.This article studies this subject,aiming to alleviate the status quo of Jingchu carved paper-cuts in the modern environment,which is unmanned and scarce in application,so that it can be used in modern people’s lives and bring back practical value.By constructing a deductive method in a multi-dimensional space,it opens up a new perspective for the inheritance and development of Jingchu carved paper-cuts in the modern environment,and also provides some feasible innovative ideas and deductive methods for subsequent researchers.With a view to better promote Jingchu carved paper-cuts,to help them integrate into modern society,carry forward folk culture,and exert practical value.
