| Today,in the midst of a wave of development and change,China is facing an important stage in the transition of industrial structure transformation, cultivating new drivers of development, abandoning low energy consumption and high investment, and transitioning to an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly production model.Accelerating the transition to a green economy is like pursuing green economy Necessary way.Green transformation should pay equal attention to the pursuit of economic dividends and maintaining the ecological red line, and seek to maximize economic benefits on the premise of maintaining the ecological red line.As a result, the ecological red line is firmer, the benefits grow longer, and the economic and ecological symbiosis development is pursued. There is no doubt that the implementation of environmental regulation and supervision can promote the improvement of environmental quality, but its impact on green total factor productivity has not yet formed a unified conclusion.Under the increasingly severe environmental situation, the party and the government formulate and implement environmental regulations and policies to promote green economic development.Under the situation of factor bottlenecks and tightening of natural resources, the level of green total factor productivity is continuously improved, and the promotion of green economy is continuously promoted, which can achieve the pursuit of maximum economic dividends under the ecological environment. It is true that implementing appropriate and appropriate regulatory and restrictive measures is an important way to achieve green economic development and increase the level of green total factor productivity.Based on the above background, based on relevant theories, analytical research methods, and existing empirical analysis, this article explores the effects of different environmental regulations based on the calculation of green total factor productivity, the calculation of indicators for different types of environmental regulations, and modeling analysis. The impact of green total factor productivity.First of all, first read through the relevant theoretical research results, and explain in detail how the interaction and transmission pathways between the two have an impact.Secondly, after constructing the non-parametric mathematical model, the Max Dea software was further used to obtain China’s green total factor productivity(GTFP)by province from 2001 to2017,and the measurement results were analyzed in time and space;then,multi-dimensional index data was selected.,Using the principal component analysis method to obtain indicator data for different types of environmental regulations;in addition, taking a total of 510 provincial data from 2001 to 2017 as a sample, and relying on statistical analysis software to model the specific impact between the two result. The research conclusions show that: from the time span of the sample period from 2001 to2017,my country’s overall performance is a gradual upward trend with changes;spatially, the growth is the fastest in the east, followed by the middle, and then the west has a different distribution trend.Several types of environmental regulatory constraints have different effects on GTFP.Among them, the impact of command-control and market-incentive environmental regulations on green total factor productivity is shown as an inverted U-shaped relationship, and both have a single threshold effect;while the impact of voluntary agreement-based environmental regulations on green total factor productivity is positive."U"-shaped relationship, and there is a double threshold effect. In addition, the impact of environmental regulations on green total factor productivity is also affected by factors such as factor structure, industrial layout, foreign direct investment levels, human capital factors, and technology levels. |
