Due to the wide application of phosphoryl compounds in the fields of organic synthesis,drug synthesis and material chemistry,the method to synthesize phosphoryl compounds has attracted widespread attention.For example,chlorinating agents,alkali metals and transition metals are used to synthesize various drugs with antiviral,antibacterial,and anticancer functions.This thesis studies coupling reactions of N-P bond and C-P bond employing P(O)-H compounds as the substrates under the promotions of visible light.This thesis is divided into three chapters,the main contents are as follows:Chapter 1: Research progress in the synthesis of phosphoryl compounds through the construction of N-P bonds and C-P bondsThis chapter introduces the construction of N-P bonds and C-P bonds through different methods.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are briefly discussed.Chapter 2: Visible light-promoted oxidative coupling reaction of amines and P(O)-H compoundsThis chapter mainly explores the reactions of P(O)-H compounds and various primary or secondary amines which are performed in acetonitrile,under visible light promotion,sodium iodide catalysis to yield the phosphinamide,phosphonamide and phosphoramidate products with good yields.By control experiments,i.e.EPR test,UVvisible spectrum test and light-dark contrast test,a possible reaction mechanism involving free radicals is proposed.This method features a photosensitizer-free visible light promotion coupling reaction which conforms to the concept of green chemistry.Chapter 3: Visible light-promoted oxidative coupling reaction of 1,4-benzenediol and P(O)-H compoundsThis chapter mainly studies the reaction with P(O)-H compounds and 1,4-dihydroxybenzenes.Under the promotion of visible light and Eosin Y catalysis,these reactions performed in acetonitrile smoothly.The raw materials of the method are cheap and easily available,the reaction conditions are mild,and the operation is simple and convenient.It provides a new strategy for the synthesis of phosphoryl compounds through the construction of C-P bonds.
