| With the development of the social economy in China,the advantages of chemical industrial parks are increasingly obvious,and a large number of chemical industrial park projects start.The large-scale production equipment,the complexity of production technology and the diversification of enterprises in the park have brought great challenges to the safety production management.A large number of enterprises assemble in chemical industrial parks.The security management at the park level is different from that in the enterprise.With a relatively independent level,each enterprise has different actual situations.Based on the dual prevention mechanism of security risk grading management and control and hidden danger screening and treatment,this paper firstly suggests to supplement and optimize the risk level evaluation based on residual risk with initial risk.On this basis,according to the root cause of accidents,the paper considers that the existence of hidden dangers reduce the effect of existing risk control measures,and on the basis,the paper proposes three dimensional hazard classification method,and combines the hidden danger in the park and risk grading control.The level of park risk control can not include all of the risk of the enterprise.With the the residual risk considered,the paper focuses on the initial risk of enterprise.At the same time,considering security control measures of the initial risk,the paper comes up with a kind of scientific and reasonable risk screening method of the park level.On this basis,a platform dynamic risk functional module is founded by using bayesian network,and an example is selected to demonstrate the operating mechanism of the functional module.On the basis of the above theoretical and practical work,the paper integrates and summarizes the research content,designes the logic,technology and functional framework of the risk grading management and control platform for the chemical industrial park,and designes the management and control platform by using wx Python(the GUI graphics library of Python). |
