There are many types and large quantities of dangerous chemicals involved in the chemical park,and the hazard sources are highly concentrated.If natural disasters act on the area where the chemical park is located,it is likely to cause the chemical equipment to rupture and the building to collapse,thereby inducing serious chemical accidents.The impact of this coupling accident is often far greater than the natural disaster itself.Through scientific and effective methods to evaluate the relative risk levels of chemical companies located in different regions under different disasters,disaster prevention and mitigation resources can be more targeted to minimize the loss of accidents.Based on this background,the main research contents carried out in this paper are:(1)Analysis of the deduction mechanism of multi-hazard coupling accidents in chemical industry parks.Starting from the disaster mechanism of earthquakes,hurricanes,and lightning disasters acting on chemical parks,the damage modes of different natural disasters on industrial buildings and process equipment in chemical parks are analyzed.Clarify the statistical scope and classification standards of hazardous chemicals,and identify the risk units that may cause major industrial accidents in chemical parks.Through the statistical analysis of typical hazardous chemical accidents in China in the past two decades,the types of hazardous chemical accidents frequently occurring in chemical parks were identified.Based on this conclusion,through in-depth analysis and inductive deduction,the deduction process of multi-hazard coupling accidents in chemical industry parks caused by earthquakes,hurricanes,and lightning disasters is obtained.(2)Risk assessment of industrial accidents in chemical parks caused by natural disasters.Based on the analysis of the impact mechanism of the consequences of major accidents such as fire,explosion,and poisoning of hazardous chemicals in chemical parks,the role of different types of hazardous chemical incidents on the people and their environment in the relevant area is identified.Study the most critical factors in the effects of fire heat radiation,explosion shock waves,and poison diffusion clouds,and use AHP to establish a corresponding evaluation index system to assess the risk of industrial accidents in chemical parks caused by natural disasters.(3)The establishment of multi-hazard coupling accident risk assessment technology and grading standards.Comprehensively consider the different types of risk factors in multi-hazard coupling accidents in chemical parks,analyze and select different evaluation indicators,and construct a multi-hazard coupling risk assessment index system covering 18 indicators in 3 levels.According to the importance evaluation scale of AHP,a judgment matrix is constructed to quantify the weight distribution of evaluation indicators at all levels.On the basis of scientifically assigning relevant parameters,a multi-hazard coupling accident risk assessment model for chemical parks is established,and the risk level is determined based on the simulation prediction results.
