In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese industry,a large number of industrial wastewater can not be effectively treated,resulting in increasingly serious water pollution.In order to realize the real-time water quality monitoring of rivers,lakes,reservoirs and aquaculture areas,it is particularly important.In view of the limitations of existing water quality monitoring devices such as water quality monitoring stations and buoys,such as limited monitoring range and inflexible layout,it is urgent to design a miniaturized,unmanned and intelligent water quality monitoring device.At present,the Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,5G and other technologies are iteratively updated with high speed.Unmanned ships can be used to carry various sensors,and remotely control the unmanned ship to automatically navigate to the target water area through the computer for water quality monitoring.Therefore,this paper designs and implements a water quality monitoring unmanned ship system based on the Internet of Things.This paper mainly completed the following work :A.The hull structure of unmanned ship is designed and the hardware platform of unmanned ship is built.Hardware platform mainly includes control module,communication module,GPS positioning module,electronic compass,water quality detection module,ultrasonic ranging module,motor speed control module.Through RS232 interface and RS485 interface,the control module is connected with other modules of the hardware platform,and the communication between hardware devices is realized.B.The lower computer software is designed and implemented.In order to realize the parallel operation of multiple tasks of the lower computer,the motor speed control module program,information acquisition module program and data processing module program are written in UCOSII system.C.The upper computer software is designed and implemented.PC software is written in Qt integrated development environment,installed to Ali cloud server,through TCP protocol to achieve network communication.Control unmanned ships by writing automatic and manual navigation programs.By embedding Baidu map into the upper computer software interface,the trajectory of unmanned ship can be displayed in real time.By setting the target point in Baidu map,the longitude,latitude and water quality parameters of the unmanned ship at the target point are saved to the database.D.The Android software of mobile phone is designed and implemented.The C/S architecture is composed of mobile phone software and server software to realize data communication between mobile phone and server.E.The obstacle avoidance function of unmanned ship is designed and realized.Using multiple ultrasonic sensors and improved artificial potential field method,the unmanned ship can avoid obstacles autonomously in automatic navigation.The experiments show that the water quality monitoring unmanned ship system based on the Internet of Things designed in this paper can realize the real-time monitoring and data storage of the target water area,and the unmanned ship can avoid obstacles and safely reach the target point during automatic navigation.The experimental results show that the water quality monitoring unmanned ship system can meet the system design requirements and achieve the system design index.
