Research On The Cleaner Production Assessment Index System Of Industrial Parks

With the continuous development of the concept of cleaner production,the overall cleaner production of industrial parks has gradually received attention in recent years.At present,the cleaner production of industrial parks is undergoing pilot research,but there is still little research on the cleaner production level assessment of industrial parks.To this end,this study attempted to construct a cleaner production assessment index system for industrial parks,to provide a reference for the overall cleaner production audit of the industrial park and promote the sustainable development of the park.The common methods of constructing an index system were summarized in this study,and the method for determining the index system,index value and index weight was clarified as well.After reviewing,sorting and selecting all kinds of published evaluation index system and various indexes involved in published research,an index system for industrial parks’ cleaner production level assessment with 7 first-level indicators and 26 second-level indicators was constructed through frequency evaluation and expert consultation.The indicators were clarified by referring to the published index systems of various parks and the existing research results of regional evaluation index systems.The weight of the index system was determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Referring to the evaluation and acceptance methods of other types of parks,the park will be scored and the level of clean production in the park will be judged by the score only.Finally,the index system was applied to Suzhou National Environmental Protection High-tech Industrial Park and Jiangsu Medical Device Technology Industrial Park,and evaluated the cleaner production level of the two industrial parks.The results showed that the two industrial parks have reached the level of clean production pass through the overall cleaner production audit,but from the perspective of the whole park level,there are still potentials for clean production and opportunities to be discovered.It was proved via cases study that the index system constructed in this study has certain scientific and reliability,and could provide a reference for the evaluation of the overall clean production level of the industrial park.
