As a category of industrial waste gas,waste smoke has a large amount of available energy,there were varied methods of heat extracting and utilizing for the medium or high grade waste heat in smoke at temperature above 150℃;whereas there was a lack of targeted methods of waste heat extracting in smoke at temperature below 150℃,it also mean the range of application of this energy was limited.Energy issues now are extensively concerned around the world,it is necessary to classify waste heat、match adaptable method of heat extracting for every variety,thereby broaden the range of application of this waste heat.A technology of waste heat extracting by the use of organic phase change fluid was proposed in this paper,separate waste heat in smoke at temperature below 150℃into two parts:sensible and latent heat,make experiment and simulation study respectively on the perspective of application.The study work based on two aspects,heat extracting equipment and heat extracting work fluid:firstly,confirm a technical route with BY-J as work fluid for extracting heat from waste smoke;then,compare and select a targeted and adaptive heat exchanging structure by the use of FLUENT based on field-coordination principle and heat transfer enhancement influenced by vortices;after that,commit a factory to manufacture a experimental version of wall type heat exchanger;on the basis of the work above,implement heat extracting experiment on dry condition while the temperature of simulated smoke is 140℃,ascertain the value range of convective heat transfer coefficient between BY-J and waste smoke in the selected wall type heat exchanging structure;finally,in order to utilize condensation waste heat of smoke below 80℃,make a process simulation by Aspen-plus and compare the performance of waste smoke source heat pump worked with BY-pro and other three different work fluids,the main end is provide some references and enlightenment for apply the technology of waste heat extracting by the use of organic phase change fluid into the waste smoke occasion.Boiling heat transfer can increase the convective heat transfer coefficient and shrink the shape size of equipment,therefore the technology of waste heat extracting use organic phase change fluid is suitable for the occasions limited by size and dimension;by comparison with water,as work fluid,organic phase change fluid have more uses after extracting waste heat:provide heating by heat pump、supply process heat by high temperature heat pump、generate electricity by ORC and so on,it will have evident value to popularize and broad application in the sphere of smoke waste heat recovery.
