Research On The Path Of Green Poverty Reduction In The Yellow River Basin

The Yellow River is peaceful,and China is peaceful.In the post-poverty era,properly handling the relationship between ecological protection and relative poverty governance and exploring the path of green poverty reduction in the Yellow River Basin has important theoretical and practical significance for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and achieving ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.This article expounds the connotation and characteristics of green poverty reduction,analyzes its necessity and the internal mechanism of the path,starting from reality,analyzes the path of green poverty reduction in the Yellow River Basin from the perspectives of particularity,path practice,and existing problems.It also analyzes the path of green poverty reduction in the Yellow River Basin from the perspective of ecology and economy.,From three perspectives of society,scientifically select green poverty reduction indicators,construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for green poverty reduction,conduct empirical analysis,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the green poverty reduction path of the Yellow River Basin.The research found that: First,the green poverty alleviation industry is the main means of "blood-making" poverty alleviation,which can realize the sustainable poverty reduction of the target.The combination of remote poverty alleviation and relocation with ecological compensation and green poverty alleviation industry can better achieve green poverty alleviation..The second is that green poverty reduction in the Yellow River Basin currently has the problems of imperfect green industrial system,unstable relocation of poverty alleviation,and imperfect ecological compensation system.Third,the overall effect of green poverty reduction in the Yellow River Basin is on the rise,but there are significant differences in the effect of green poverty reduction between provinces and regions,showing a spatial distribution of “high in the east and low in the west”;in some areas,“green”awareness in poverty alleviation work Inadequate,more emphasis is placed on improving the effectiveness of poverty reduction.Finally,from the four aspects of improving the green industry system,improving the ecological compensation mechanism,strengthening the awareness of green poverty reduction,and promoting the balanced development of regional green poverty reduction,policy recommendations for improving the green poverty reduction path are proposed to help the realization of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.
