Fire has become one of the major disasters that seriously threaten public safety and social development.Traditional fire detection mostly uses a single flame sensor for identification,and the fire monitoring area is limited.In case of a fire,manual active fire extinguishing is still used,which has some defects such as low efficiency of fire treatment and high failure rate.At the same time,the traditional fire protection system is also insufficient in the aspects of fire identification accuracy,processing speed and intelligence.The design of fire protection system is also constantly put forward new requirements in the future.Aiming at the above problems,this paper researchs a new type of intelligent fire protection system.The system uses Internet of Things communication,intelligent control,computer software,image acquisition,flame identification and other technologies to realize the early fire identification,alarm,information storage,intelligent fire extinguishing and other functions.The research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the model of intelligent fire protection system was constructed.The intelligent fire protection system is composed of system hardware and system software.The hardware includes the console and sensing node with STM32F407ZGT6 as the processing core,which is responsible for collecting and transmitting the fire characteristic signal data.The system software adopts C/S structure,provides man-machine interaction interface,realizes the display of system data information and the purpose of remote control and management system.Secondly,the intelligent recognition and processing strategies of fire signals were researched.In the sensing layer,the infrared-ultraviolet sensor and photoinductive smoke sensor are used to collect fire characteristic signals,and BP neural network algorithm model is built to recognize the characteristic signals.The alarm events generated in the monitoring area are processed by expert intelligent control method.Finally,the rules of instruction data encoding and decoding and the scheduling strategy of the system process were designed.Aiming at the functional design instruction of intelligent fire protection system,the identification part is set according to the priority level of the instruction content,which is used to identify the transmission information of the system and schedule the data instruction.The idea of multi-level feedback queue scheduling algorithm is used to schedule the process,so as to improve the system’s concurrent performance.The intelligent fire protection system researched in this paper,through research,testing and field application,has completed the research content of the subject,achieved the research objectives of the subject,reached the technical requirements of intelligent processing,data and systematic management of fire protection equipment,and explored and proposed a new intelligent fire protection system design method.It provides a feasible scheme for intelligent fire warning and data collection and archiving in specific environment or designated monitoring area.
