Since the 21 th century, the situation of our country’s colliery production comes better, and the probability of events and number of deaths has been declined. To satisfy the demands of colliery production, the monitor the location of underground staff system, Monitor of safety system, Monitor of video system, production scheduling, mobile communication system and other subsystems are in the emergency rescue. The survey of events, the monitor of safe production has been play a important role. But compared with other main coal-producing countries especially the European and American countries, there are very obvious gap. According to the actual situation of coal mine safety production monitoring, we are urgently needed to develop a technology, which using the Internet of things, combining safety production monitoring and expert system, there by reducing the occurrence of accident in coal mine safety production.The object according to our country’s development about coal mine safety in production systems, firstly we should find out problems which coal mine have about safety in production and manage systems. We can find out the answer of problems by analyzing problems which present systems exists. And we can make sure the systemic requirements based on Internet coal mine safety expert according to coal mine safety production process and customer demand. Then, on the basis of requirement analysis, use the wisdom perception, analysis and the cooperative ability of information and communication technologies. Making Computer information distributed processing, cloud computing, neural networks, internet communication and industrial automation technology union organicly and building a multi-level system in order that it can achieve the cooperative work and charge by all kinds of class, business and department on a common platform. Also it can bring about Architectural Design and Functional structure design of Coal mine safety production monitoring system and expert subsystem. Next, we can proceed the design of the System user’s management module, Mine monitoring subsystem module,Expert subsystem module, the integrated data management module and network transmission subsystem module according to Collectivity Design detailedly. The system use the programming environment of.NET and SQL SERVER2005 to come true the specific function module of itself. Finally, we should check out and analysis the performance of the system according to the system pressure test and performance test.The system was applied in field test of coal mining enterprises, in the premise to complete the daily work of mine site monitoring, increase the prediction efficiency of coal production of secondary disaster site, and according to the forecast of intelligent data analysis and accident pretreatment and disaster data efficiently.
