| Facing the problem of the global greenhouse effect,my country has adopted a proactive attitude,and proposed to strive to reach the peak of my country’s carbon dioxide emissions by 2030,and strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.However,a large number of enterprises with high energy consumption,heavy pollution and high carbon emissions are constantly challenging the tolerance limits of nature under the impetus of the economic environment,posing a major threat to the sustainable development of the environment.With the establishment of the national power generation industry carbon emission trading market in 2017,there are higher requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction in my country’s power generation industry.Among them,the emission standards for thermal power companies are even more stringent.Thermal power companies have to increase environmental protection investment to control The economic cost it brings.Based on this,it is hoped that by combining financial and environmental performance,a comprehensive performance evaluation system suitable for thermal power companies will be constructed to objectively evaluate the comprehensive performance of my country’s thermal power companies under the influence of carbon trading.First,by consulting a large number of documents,the research on the impact of domestic and foreign carbon trading on the performance of thermal power enterprises and the related research on the performance evaluation system of thermal power enterprises are reviewed.Summarize the entry point of discovery research.Secondly,based on the theory of sustainable development and low-carbon economy,relevant literature and documents are used as the basis for index selection to build a comprehensive performance evaluation system for thermal power companies in the context of carbon trading.And use the entropy method to analyze the importance of indicators,and eliminate the indicators with excessive entropy.So as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the comprehensive performance evaluation system.The comprehensive performance evaluation system of thermal power companies in the context of carbon trading covers 21 comprehensive performance evaluation indicators applicable to thermal power companies,as well as 8additional environmental performance items to encourage thermal power companies to actively participate in carbon trading and emission reduction activities.Finally,the comprehensive performance evaluation system of thermal power companies under the background of carbon trading is applied to the case company---Shenzhen Energy.The comprehensive performance of Shenzhen Energy is evaluated and scored by using the entropy TOPSIS method,and the comprehensive performance of Shenzhen Energy is analyzed in the order of first total and second score.Through a horizontal comparison of Shenzhen Energy with the same industry and a vertical comparison with its own performance in the past three years,the analysis of Shenzhen Energy’s impact on the context of carbon trading from 2016 to 2018 and the reasons for its performance changes are analyzed.Provide reference suggestions for the problems existing in Shenzhen Energy’s comprehensive performance evaluation.And through the analysis of the status quo of Shenzhen’s energy and thermal power industries,it provides reference opinions for the industry and the government. |
