Design And Research Of Intelligent Clothing For Correcting Sitting Posture

Healthy sitting posture can help people improve work efficiency,reduce spinal pressure,is conducive to bone health,and poor sitting posture is one of the important causes of people’s backache,scoliosis,lumbar disc herniation and other spinal diseases.So good posture is good for your health and reduces the risk of chronic skeletal muscle disease.The traditional way of developing a healthy sitting posture is to correct people’s wrong sitting posture by restricting the body’s range of motion through the physical stretching of a bandage.However,this posture may cause irreversible damage to the body,and the posture has a weak effect.Helping to guide people to form good sitting habits is the most effective way to prevent spinal problems.The design and research of intelligent clothing for posture correction are mainly carried out from the following aspects :(1)through questionnaire survey,the characteristics and needs of people commonly used in sitting posture are analyzed to determine the main research direction of this paper.Through the research of human physiology and psychology,through the comparative analysis of literature,the standard model of ideal sitting position of human body is defined.(2)Classify the types of bad sitting posture and seek for the common characteristics of bad sitting posture through experimental research;To study the change relationship between healthy sitting position and bad sitting position,and analyze the possible and available linear change relationship during the change of sitting position through comparative experimental research,such as spinal Angle,human back size,etc.;A subjective evaluation experiment was conducted to investigate the limits of muscle fatigue in different healthy sitting positions.(3)Through the experimental conclusion,select the appropriate electronic hardware,according to the desired function of posture correction intelligent clothing,complete the logical design and circuit system design in line with the actual requirements,and complete the corresponding circuit system construction and debugging;Complete relevant code writing and optimization.(4)Complete the design and production of relevant garment structures according to actual requirements,and test and evaluate the intelligent garment.Based on the research and analysis of human body posture,this paper designs and develops a posture correction intelligent clothing with active reminder function.The posture correction smart clothing does not rely on restricting the free movement of human body to achieve the purpose of posture correction,but to help people develop good sitting habits through supervision and guidance.The intelligent clothes for posture correction can monitor the physical signs by detecting the Angle of spine and the change of the size of back.There are silent working mode and non-silent working mode in posture corrected smart clothing.And the intelligent clothing can carry out attitude calibration according to different users;Have sound alarm and vibration alarm,two kinds of active reminding function.There is little difference between the smart posture dress and the ordinary dress,so it can be used as a daily dress.In the design of the circuit system of posture correction intelligent clothing,a new type of elastic sensor is adopted,which has the characteristics of good flexibility,washable,and sew ability.
