Appropriate clothing pressure applied to the human body human body will have a positive effect on physical health.Clothing pressure is becoming more and more important research project in the clothing industry.To a certain extent,the role of clothing pressure is to maintain the health of the human body and improve the quality of life an important factor.Clothing pressure fast and accurate objective measurement,the pressure for the study of clothing is of great significance,but also an important issue of clothing pressure.In this paper,the principle of equipment pressure measurement is introduced,and a new type of intelligent garment pressure testing device is developed by using Flexiforce sensor.In order to verify the Flexiforce pressure test device accuracy and practicability,the objective measurement of a new garment pressure testing device based on Flexiforce sensor developed with the German Novel-pliance-32 clothing pressure test system for clothing pressure under the same conditions and data comparison.Measurement of the main selection of the upper body symmetry,upper body thickness is basically the same,slender male body,choose a more tight-fitting clothing knitted garments.This paper mainly done the following job:(1)By using Flexiforce sensor to develop a new clothing pressure objective test device,the test equipment,including Flexiforce pressure sensor,amplifier circuit,A / D converter,microcontroller and Zigbee wireless transmission module.(2)Flexiforce sensor and amplifier circuit was calibrated and tested,Under certain conditions,the sensor area is loaded on a certain quality of load,through the corresponding load,measuring the output voltage can be amplified linear fitting output voltage in the electric circuit and the corresponding load between the linear fit:y=3.518x-1.10749,where R2= 0.98765;load and the actual resistance of the sensor data The curve has a high similarity with the fitting curve.Indicating that the measurement device has a high accuracy and feasibility.(3)Pressure test system developed by using Flexiforce sensor for human clothing pressure objective measurement of the male upper body in different positions in different organizations of apparel fabrics,clothing that pressure on both sides of the body position of the whole is greater than the center of the body position;rib fabrics produced by the clothing pressure is greater than the plain weave clothing pressure mesh fabric,which clothing pressure generated by the minimum for the same position.(4)Two-way ANOVA was used to analyze the pressure of clothing.The results indicating that the upper body of the human body in the horizontal position of the waist,different tissue fabric on the size of the impact of clothing organization and location of the garment fabric,and the pressure of the garment is in the male human abdomen horizontal position of the chest are too large.(6)Using the Novel-pliance-32 garment pressure test system in Germany,the clothing pressure was measured objectively under the same conditions,and it was found that obtained in different fabric organization and in the human body upper body different position,Clothing pressure distribution in the male upper body is basically similar to the two stress tests under the same conditions in the respective data measured by the overall correlation is high,and the regularity of the data significantly,and consistent,it can be determined,based on Flexiforce sensor clothing The pressure measurement system has good usability.(7)The ideal model of the upper body is established and under certain parameters.The pressure distribution is compared with the measured pressure distribution under the same pressure distribution model which is finite element analysis.and The results show that the Objective Law of Clothing Pressure on Upper Body.Finally,the human body garment pressure ANSYS finite element analysis,solidworks with the human body upper body ideal model to finite element analysis,obtained clothing pressure distribution law,under certain conditions,to verify the correctness of the pressure distribution law of the upper body garment under certain conditions.Therefore,this subject based on Flexiforce sensor developed a smart knitted garment pressure testing device,because the pressure sensor is a flexible fabric sensor,with fabric-like soft and paper-like thickness,bending performance is very good,so in many different The garment pressure testing device has better operability and cost superiority compared with the traditional garment pressure testing device,and is used for measuring the pressure in the environment.This measuring equipment provides a more scientific and reasonable theoretical basis for the distribution and prediction of clothing pressure in various parts of the human body by providing a more rapid and accurate objective measurement of garment pressure in various parts of the human body.which can be also helpful for the researching the comfort of clothing pressure.
