| Urban systems and water environmental systems are inextricably linked.Urban system is the basic system for human survival and development.As an important part of the earth’s ecological environment,water environment system not only has many ecological functions,such as regulating regional climate,maintaining ecological balance,supplying animals and plants to reproduce and maintaining biodiversity,but also can provide water source,irrigate farmland,develop shipping,flood control embankment,and ensure human production and life.At the same time,rapid urbanization has had many adverse effects on urban water systems,such as the expansion of urban land use Urban waters are encroached on,excessive use of water resources and the destruction of water environment of rivers and lakes by urban production of domestic sewage,and the unhealthy state of water system also restricts the improvement of urban level.These problems counteract the city and become the bottleneck of urban system development.The unhealthy circulation of urban water caused by inefficient development brings great challenges to the healthy development of the city and the health and stability of the urban ecology.The relationship between city and water is the epitome of the contradiction between man and land.As a result,the urban system and water system should coexist well,mutual benefit and mutual progress,and how to evaluate whether a city water relationship is compatible or not The construction of a system of protection and utilization is beneficial to the virtuous circle of urban water relations and becomes a necessary consideration for the healthy and sustainable development of a city.Based on the index data of urban development and water resources and water environment in Wuhan from 2006 to 2017,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of urban development in Wuhan at present from the aspects of economic development,industrial structure evolution and urbanization,and analyzes the status of urban water environment in Wuhan from three aspects: water resources,water pollution and water function.The results show that the comprehensive level of urban development and the overall quality of urban water environment in Wuhan from 2006 to 2017 are in the stage of continuous improvement.The quality of urban development in Wuhan is constantly improving,but the level of urban spatial state and social stability and progress lags behind that of economy and urbanization;the quality of urban water environment is obviously improved,which can match the speed of urban development in Wuhan,but the mechanism of water mechanism and management system still need to be optimized and adjusted.The coupling relationship between city water in Wuhan from 2006 to 2017 is basically in the period of coupling antagonism,the rapid urbanization process causes stress to the urban water environment,and the coupling degree in the evolution process.The coupling degree with Wuhan city water environment from high to low is economic development level,urbanization process,urban space,social stability and progress.The subsystems with high coupling relation with city development are water environment management state,water environment pressure,water environment social service function and water environment state.In the process of city water evolution in Wuhan from 2006 to 2017,the coupling and coordination relationship was continuously promoted.The whole performance was divided into three stages,the first stage was extremely misaligned,and the evolution characteristic of low coordination and low quality of city water relationship was manifested.Phase II-Low level Adjust stage,development type is urban development lag type.At this stage,the quality of urban water environment in Wuhan has been improved rapidly,but the old urban development model still has some coercive stage characteristics on Wuhan water environment system.The third stage is the medium coordination stage,which presents the development type of urban development lag and urban water environment lag.This stage of urban development and urban water environment began to show a benign and coordinated development trend,the coupling level and coordination quality of urban water relations are still in the period of upgrading.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures and suggestions for the research results and practical problems.From the level of urban construction,we should adhere to the concept of "urban water symbiosis ",change the mode of economic development,strengthen the function of Wuhan as the core city and pay attention to the comprehensive quality of urban development. |
