| Algae grows in the main canal of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.The amount of algae-water mixture intercepted from the main canal or cleaned and sucked from the slope is large.Due to site constraints and environmental protection requirements,it is necessary to separate the algae-water mixture.This article analyzes the technology and working principle of algae water separation at home and abroad,and proposes four types of algae-water separation device including RSG canal box spiral,centrifugal,rotary vibration,and eccentric vibration.The eccentric vibration algae-water separation device is optimized through the experiments,and its three-dimensional model was created,and the laws of its natural frequency,formation and dynamic response were explored.The device is driven by the excitation force generated by the excitation system to drive the screen box to vibrate,and the algae water is separated by double-layer high-density screens.The separated water can directly flow back to the green belt on both sides of the main canal or irrigation main.The separated algae pulp is collected and transported.The main research work of this article is as follows:(1)On the basis of the research on the separation technology and separation process of the algae water mixture,combined with the actual demand for algae water separation in the main canal of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,a vibrating algae-water separation device was designed according to the optimal results of the experiment.Use Solid Works software to draw a three-dimensional solid model of the vibrating algae-water separation device.(2)The finite element software ANSYS was used to perform modal analysis on the vibrating algae water separator,and its natural frequency and natural mode shape were calculated,which avoided the occurrence of resonance when the exciter was excited.(3)Using LS-DYNA to solve the dynamic response of the vibrating algae-water separation device,including displacement response,velocity response,acceleration response and stress response.The study found that the stress peak of the vibrating algae water separation device often appears in the transient vibration process,that is the system vibration in the unsteady startup process,the peak stress will be affected by the amplitude and frequency of the exciting force;at the same time,it is inferred that the amplitude and frequency of the exciting force affect the amplitude of the vibration displacement and acceleration of the system,so as to avoid the algaewater separation adverse effects.This vibrating algae-water separation device can be used alone or in conjunction with a multi-functional special vehicle for the South-to-North Water Diversion to deal with emergency long-distance algae pollution incidents in the main canal of the South-to-North Water Diversion;this method is pollution-free,green,and convenient,and solves the problem of long-distance water transportation.The method is pollution-free,green and convenient,and solves the problem of emergency treatment of algae in long-distance water conveyance canals. |
