| Tailings are essential to the process of exploiting mineral resources.There is a larger number of tailings in water source location of Central Line of South-to-North Water Diversion,and locate at water sources,The issues of safety and environment have also been widespread concern in the community.To protect people’s life and property safety is not threatened and ensure water supply safety,the relevant state departments given high priority for tailings management and a nationwide rectification of tailings were launched.Therefore,the research of environmental impact analysis and safety evaluation of tailings pond on water sources for central line project of south-to north water diversion has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,by access to relevant literature and field research,analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the security status of tailings in water source location of Central Line of South-to-North Water Diversion,elaborate the sphere of influence and mechanism to environmental of water sources;on the basis of dangerous recognition at different stages,establish tailings evaluation system,apply AHP application,comprehensive evaluation and Fuzzy constructe safety evaluation model,taking Luonan County DS tailings to library example application,and Propose management countermeasures to tailings.This paper mainly includes the following research results:(1)Analyze the situation of tailings which are distributed of the source of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.According to the types,minerals,distribution of tailings and water source environmental conditions,analyzing the tailings’ characteristics and security Situation.And separately from three aspects which are water pollution,soil pollution,air pollution to elaborate the impact scope and mechanism of pollutants to the water source environment.It discusses the proliferation and migration of tailings pollutants.(2)Build safety evaluation index and evaluation model for tailings in water source location of Central Line of South-to-North Water Diversion.First,by identifying dangerous during the construction phase,operation phase and closing phase of the tailings,according to the principle of establishing the evaluation index,phased establish safety evaluation index,and give the various stages of the quantization interval index evaluation criteria;Secondly,use the combination weighting method,which is the combination of AHP and Entropy,to Calculate index weight,and analyze the results of weights;Finally,calculate the safety evaluation model by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.(3)By empirical analysis to verify the feasibility and scientific of safety evaluation system.The paper are examined the use of security evaluation model to the Luonan County Dashibangou tailing real safety evaluation.Among the results of evaluations:D=WR=(0,0,0.245,0.755),it’s means Dashibangou tailing is a normal library,a higher security level;the environmental risk is general level.The evaluation results basically consistent with the actual situation.According to the evaluation results of an example and safety requirements of tailings,give tailings management suggestions from four aspects which are the tailings construction,operation,closed libraries and emergency. |
