| With the advantages of high dust removal efficiency,moderate resistance and large filtering area,the cartridge filter was widely used in the field of dust removal.The ash cleaning of filter was the key link of the operation of the dust remover,and the effect of ash cleaning directly affects the stable operation of the dust collector.At present,the most widely used technology was the reverse jet of pulse air flow,but in the process of pulse ash cleaning,the distribution of jet air flow in the side wall of the filter tube was not uniform,which mainly shows that the upper part of the filter cartridge was insufficient.In recent years,the new type of gold cone pleated filter cartridge(on the basis of the ordinary filter cartridge added the inner cone filter surface)had been popularized and applied in the market.Compared with the ordinary filter cartridge,it was conducive to improve the filtration area,and had the characteristics of guiding the jet air flow to improve the ash cleaning effect.However,the research on the performance of the pulse jet ash cleaning of the gold cone filter cartridge was insufficient.Therefore,the CFD numerical model and the experimental system of the pulse jet gold cone pleated filter cartridge are built in this paper,the improvement of pulse jet cleaning performance of gold cone filter cartridge dust collector with diffusion nozzle was studied.The research results could provide reference for the optimal design of pulse jet ash cleaning gold cone filter cartridge dust collector.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The variation of injection pressure on the inner wall of filter cartridge was analyzed by numerical simulation,the effect of injection distance on the intensity and uniformity of the filter cartridge pulse injection was investigated,the synergistic effect of diffusion nozzle and gold cone filter cartridge on pulse jet cleaning was revealed: the combination of diffusion nozzle and gold cone could transform the dynamic pressure of the injected air into the static pressure which was beneficial to improve the ash cleaning performance,and the smaller air flow space in the gold cone filter cartridge was beneficial to the accumulation of pressure.(2)The effect of gold cone height on pulse injection performance was studied by numerical simulation,it was found that the injection intensity increases and the injection uniformity decreases generally with the increase of the height of the gold cone.With the increase of the height of the gold cone,the injection intensity of diffusion nozzle increases first and then decreases,and the injection uniformity decreases first and then increases.Under the condition of diffusion nozzle,when the height of gold cone was 760 mm,the corresponding pulse jet ash cleaning performance was the best.(3)The distribution of the air bag pressure and the injection distance on the inner wall of the filter cartridge was tested and compared,the changes of filtration resistance and dust emission concentration during filtration and ash cleaning were investigated,it was found that under the condition of gold cone filter cartridge,the diffusion nozzle improves the pulse injection intensity and injection uniformity compared with the ordinary nozzle.Reduces the residual pressure drop after ash cleaning by 1.48 times,increases the peak of the instantaneous dust emission concentration by 2.06 times(the average of the first five times). |
