| With the continuous development of science and technology,people pay more and more attentions to green chemistry and sustainable development.Microchemical synthesis reaction and high-throughput screening will become the main research fields of chemical industry and drug synthesis in the future.Microchemical reactor provides a broad prospect for the development of green and sustainable chemistry,because it can reduce reagent consumption,improve reaction rate,and ensure the safety of reaction conditions.By parallel operation,the reaction scale can be expanded and the screening efficiency can be improved.At present,the microfluidic microchemical reactor with a lot of research still has some significant disadvantages,which require a lot of professional design and may cause pipe blockage for some reactions.Therefore,the development of new simple microchemical reactor is a development trend of microreactor.Liquid marbles bring a new dawn to the research and development of microchemical reactors because of their excellent characteristics.This paper introduces the research work of a new type of liquid marbles with electrothermal properties.By using the mixed powder of whisker carbon nanotubes and fluorinated whisker carbon tubes,which have electrothermal properties and hydrophobic properties respectively,the liquid marbles with electrothermal properties are prepared.A testing system for the mechanical stability of liquid marbles was set up,and the mechanical stability of different mixing ratios of liquid marbles was systematically tested to determine the best mixing ratio.By designing and improving the connection circuit of the liquid marbles,a scientific reaction platform was established to make the liquid marbles supply heat to the internal reaction mixture under a stable voltage.It was also used in the condensation reaction of 2-methylindole with aldehydes,the condensation reaction of ophenylenediamine with aldehydes,and the condensation reaction of one pot three components(cyclohexanedione,malononitrile,aldehydes)between carbonyl compounds,and the relatively ideal yield was obtained.It has been successfully proved that the new liquid marble microchemical reactor designed in this project has a certain universal applicability,and this kind of whisker carbon nanotubes and fluorinated carbon nanotubes mixed powder electrothermal liquid marble has a new and simple application prospect of microchemical reactor,and has an extremely optimistic development potential. |
