At the same time,China still suffers from unbalanced and inadequate economic development.For example,the reform of the market economy needs to be deepened,environmental problems are becoming more serious,and the income gap between people is obvious.After more than 40 years of reform and opening up and economic transformation,China’s marketization process has made great progress,but the production factors market reform has failed to obtain corresponding results,the price of factors of production has been in a state of imbalance,some factors of production after years of reform,price imbalances were not improved even more and more serious.The failure of factor price mechanism affects production efficiency and industrial upgrading,and directly and indirectly causes environmental pollution.Research on the impact of environmental pollution caused by price distortion of factors is not only of great theoretical value,but also helpful to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development in China.Based on the previous research results,the paper research how the deviation of factor price effect environmental pollution.The first part elaborates the research context of this paper,from the topic selection of the paper to the analysis and research process of the paper to the significance of this paper has carried on the in-depth sorting,is helpful for readers and teachers to understand this paper.The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper,through the collection and sorting of literature,combing out the concepts and theories related to this paper.The third part analyzes the current factor price distortion and environmental pollution in China by means of data collection and relevant measurement methods.The fourth part analyzes the influence of multi-factor price distortion on environmental pollution and the influence mechanism of single factor price distortion on environmental pollution.The fifth part summarizes the research results and puts forward countermeasures according to the above research results.We research how the deviation of factor price of labor and capital effect environmental pollution.The results showed that:1.The price distortion of labor factors and the price distortion of capital factors affect environmental pollution through their effects on economic society and labor behavior.The difference is that the price distortion of labor factors has a positive effect on environmental pollution,while the price distortion of capital factors has a negative effect.2.In the study on the impact of single factor on environmental pollution :(1)When the impact of technological progress and industrial upgrading brought by residents’ consumption on environmental pollution is greater than that of scale expansion,labor factor price distortion has a positive impact on environmental level.On the contrary,it aggravates environmental pollution.(2)The results show that with the continuous improvement of energy efficiency,the positive impact of capital factor price distortion on environmental pollution is moderated.Based on the above analysis,we propose the following suggestions :(1)Accelerate the process of factor marketization and reduce the degree of distortion of factor prices.We will continue to accelerate the market-based process of factors of production,and facilitate the flow of factors of production among different entities and markets.(2)Strengthen environmental control and reduce environmental pollution.As there are negative externalities in environmental pollution,there are positive externalities in environmental governance.The market mechanism alone can not be adjusted,so the government should further strengthen the intensity of environmental pollution control,and introduce the corresponding pollution control policies and supervision policies.3)We will raise people’s income and guide their rational consumption.The price distortion of labor factors will affect environmental pollution by affecting household consumption level.When household consumption is low,it can even help to improve environmental pollution.When the consumption level of residents continues to rise,the price distortion of labor factors will promote environmental pollution.Therefore,we should guide the residents to form a sustainable,green and economical consumption concept.(4)Improve the capital market and increase energy efficiency.On the one hand,we will continue to deepen the reform of the capital market.On the other hand,On the other hand,we are supposed to enhance energy efficiency to develop green economy.Establish perfect energy market policy,improve energy allocation efficiency,enhance the internal efficiency of enterprises,and realize the coordinated development of energy and environment.Improving market policies to promote efficiency of using energy and working and harmonious development of energy and nature.
