In recent years, environmental pollution problems have attracted the attention of all countries in the world.Problems such as atmospheric pollution and water pollution have affected everyone's life.Since the reform and opening up,China has become the world's second largest economy. However, along with economic growth, environmental pollution has become increasingly serious.Environmental problems such as haze and acid rain will not only affect the health of people and will also be an obstacle to China's economic development and the construction of a well-to-do society. In order to better manage our country's environmental pollution,we need to conduct research and analysis on the factors that affect environmental pollution. The current researches about environmental pollution mostly are based on economic growth, urbanization, industrial structure, foreign investment, and fiscal decentralization. However, this paper will select a new research perspective through the collation of existing literature. This article starts from the factor price distortion formed after the reform and opening up in China, and introduce the current situation in China. Then, this paper will use appropriate methods to measure the factor price distortion and the environmental pollution index in China, and analyses the spatial dynamic panel data. The establishment of an appropriate space panel model provides in-depth empirical research on the relationship between factor price distortions and environmental pollution in China. This article is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction. It mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection, research ideas and methods, and possible innovations. The second part is the literature review part.Through the collation and generalization of relevant research literatures, the connection between factor price distortion and environmental pollution is illustrated, which provides theoretical support for the study of this paper. The third part mainly describes and analyzes the environmental pollution and factor price distortion in China, including the analysis of air pollution, water pollution, solid waste pollution, and analysis of China's capital price distortion and labor price distortion. The fourth part confirms the empirical model of this paper, and explains the measure of explanatory variables, explanatory variables and control variables. The fifth part is the empirical analysis part, using the system GMM method to estimate and analyze the panel model from the national level and the eastern, central and western regions. The sixth part is the summary part.First of all,it states the following conclusions:China's factor price distortion has a positive impact on environmental pollution, and there is a spatial spillover effect on environmental pollution. Finally, according to the conclusions, the author put forward corresponding policy recommendations for the treatment of environmental pollution in China.
