Project safety management is the core part of safety management in all construction enterprises.With the progress of productivity and the development of industry,from basic design to eliminate the unsafe state of object,the majority of the cause of the accident due to human factors,and further analysis results are insufficient to safety training is the main cause of the accident,the safety training system optimization is one of the important means of building construction enterprise project safety management.Therefore,the optimization of safety training is of great value to the improvement of project safety management level.First of all,this paper analyzes and summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and sorts out the relevant basic theories.Based on this,it investigates and analyzes the current situation of E Company’s project safety management level and enterprise safety training system.Then,based on project management,safety management,adult education theory and human resource management,this paper optimizes the construction of enterprise safety training system,and evaluates the training effect before and after the optimization of safety training system by means of Koe four-level evaluation model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The project safety management effect is evaluated by selecting the average number of hidden dangers of the project,the average number of unsafe behaviors of the average person,the average number of management errors and the accuracy of hidden danger detection.The analysis concluded that the optimized safety training system can significantly improve the safety performance ability of managers,improve the detection accuracy of hidden dangers,reduce unsafe behaviors and management errors,so as to reduce the possibility of accidents and improve the level of project safety management.This paper has practical value for the improvement of E enterprise’s project safety management level.Meanwhile,this research also has reference significance for other construction enterprises,and provides thinking and practice for discussing the improvement methods of project safety management.
