| Tower equipment is an indispensable part of chemical production equipment.According to the structure of tower internals,it can be divided into plate tower and packed tower.Compared with plate tower,packed tower has the advantages of large production capacity,small pressure drop,high separation efficiency,large operation flexibility and small liquid holding capacity.With the continuous use of new packing and tower internals,the application scope of packed tower is more and more wide.Tower internals is an important internal component of packed tower,which plays an important role in the gas-liquid contact effect and packing performance.It mainly includes: liquid distributor,packing pressure ring,packing support,liquid collection and redistribution,feed and gas distribution,etc.Combined with the company’s new project tower internals self design,production and installation practice,it is urgent to conduct a comprehensive research and analysis on the engineering technology of packed tower internals to serve the project construction.At present,there are many theoretical researches on the internals of packed tower,but there is a lack of comprehensive research.In view of the above situation,this paper carries out a comprehensive research on the design,production and installation engineering technology of packed tower internals,which is conducive to the realization of the company’s tower internals design,production and installation integration ability.In the design of packed tower internals,this paper first analyzes the existing difficulties and proposes solutions.On this basis,the input conditions and unified regulations required for the design are analyzed.Then,the calculation of distribution holes,the structure of various parts,plate thickness requirements and sealing of the liquid distributor are studied,and the relationship between the number of distribution grooves or risers and the diameter of the tower is analyzed in detail,so as to optimize the design of the distributor.At the same time,the calculation and design of grid packing support are described in detail.In addition,the design of liquid collection redistributor,packed bed limiter,liquid and gas feeding devices were discussed,and the research on the installation orientation and height of packed tower internals was carried out innovatively.By optimizing the calculation of tower internals and drawing standardization,the drawing quality and efficiency of tower internals are improved.For example,the output of a unit reaches 200000 tons / year,and the highest purity of the product is 93%,which meets or exceeds the design index.For the production of packed tower internals,the existing problems are studied first,and then the solutions are formulated.Combined with the production practice,the performance and key points of each equipment in the production process are analyzed in detail,so as to ensure the production quality.At the same time,it also studies the relevant measures to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.Innovative use of laser welding instead of argon arc welding,welding efficiency increased more than 3 times.In view of the packing tower internals installation,this paper first analyzes the difficulties faced,and puts forward the solutions.According to the idea,combined with the characteristics of installation equipment and operation,this paper focuses on the safety management and control of the installation process.While ensuring the operation safety,it also studies and attempts the installation quality control and efficiency improvement,and forms the key process flow of tower internals installation cost control.In a project,the use of horizontal installation technology can effectively improve the operation safety factor,and the installation efficiency is increased by30%.In this paper,combined with the actual work,a comprehensive study and analysis of the packed tower internals design,production and installation engineering technology.The research results are of great significance for optimizing the design of packed tower internals,improving the production and installation efficiency,reducing the production and installation costs,and ensuring the new tower equipment to reach the production and efficiency.It also hopes to promote the comprehensive development of packed tower technology. |
