| In the context of rapid economic development in my country,the real estate and construction industries are booming,becoming the pillars of my country’s national economic income,and the scale of development of related subsidiary industries such as building materials is also expanding,but a large number of ecological and environmental problems have arisen.Moreover,with the increasing awareness of national green consumption and the demand for a better and healthy living environment,more and more real estate and building materials companies have realized that the implementation of green management of the entire supply chain system is essential,and has gradually increased and advanced The integration of manufacturing technology,information technology,and energy-saving technology has formed a new industrial system integrating production and procurement,construction and assembly,operation and maintenance,green recycling and other industrial chains,striving to move towards an intensive and high-quality development path.To this end,this article takes real estate building materials as the research object,and systematically researches the construction of green supply chain and the evaluation of green degree in its green management,and the following research results have been obtained.First,it defines the connotation and characteristics of the real estate building materials green supply chain.On the basis of combing through a large number of literatures on green supply chain and building materials-related industries,comprehensively analyze the characteristics and interrelationships of the real estate industry and building materials industry,put forward the concept of the real estate building materials green supply chain,and made a detailed analysis of its connotation and characteristics.Secondly,the construction of real estate building materials green supply chain has been completed.Based on the study of the Supply Chain Operations Reference(SCOR)model,based on the full life cycle theory of building materials products,combined with the characteristics of the building materials industry and around the five processes of planning,procurement,transportation,construction,and recycling,a real estate building materials green supply chain with real estate developers as the core enterprise has been constructed.Once again,the green degree evaluation of the real estate building materials green supply chain has been completed.Introduce the evaluation target of "green degree",sort out and summarize the influencing factors covering green activity process,efficiency,supporting services and other factors in each stage of the real estate building materials green supply chain,and construct the structure including supplier selection,energy consumption rate,transportation fuel consumption,Work impact,etc.internal green degree evaluation index system.Finally,the green degree of the building materials green supply chain with Qingdao H real estate company as the core enterprise is evaluated and researched,and based on the results of the research,combined with market environment analysis,it is strengthened from the perspectives of the government,real estate developers and node companies.Suggestions on green supply chain management of real estate and building materials and promotion of green supply chain coordination to improve green degree.The research in this article has certain guiding significance for promoting the green and sustainable development of my country’s real estate building materials industry. |
