Research On Evaluation System Of Green Supply Chain In Lithium Battery

Chinese lithium battery industry is booming,the production and consumption of lithium battery has jumped to the world’s first place.Lithium batteries have been widely applied in power,energy storage and digital field.However,hidden behind the ultrafast development is the danger of resource shortage and environmental impact.In order to achieve the sustainable and healthy development of the lithium battery industry and enterprises,relevant enterprises must make joint efforts to implement the concept of green development.The concept of "green development" mentioned in the 13 th FiveYear Plan,the " construction of ecological civilization " in the 19 th National Congress,and the "promoting green development,promoting harmonious coexistence between man and nature" in the 20 reports all show that the country attaches great importance to green development.In 2017,The State Council stressed the need to build a green supply chain through various means.Therefore,lithium battery enterprises need to actively change the development concept,build and implement green supply chain management,to save resources and energy and reduce environmental impact.This paper defines the connotation and scope of green supply chain.The current situation of lithium battery supply chain was analyzed,the SCOR model of lithium battery green supply chain was constructed,the evaluation scope was defined,and the main process and implementation factors of each link were analyzed in detail.On the basis of the theoretical basis and model mentioned above,the evaluation index system of lithium battery green supply chain was initially constructed.The index system was revised by using expert interview,questionnaire survey and boundary value method,etc.Finally,the evaluation index system of lithium battery green supply chain including5 key domains,9 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators was determined.AHP-entropy weight method was used to determine the weight of the index system,and cloud model method was used to evaluate the greenness level of the lithium battery supply chain.Finally,taking the supply chain of L battery of W Company(referred to as L supply chain),a highly vertically integrated lithium battery enterprise,as the research object,the supply chain was evaluated and analyzed by sending questionnaires to relevant management personnel of L supply chain and obtaining relevant data,and the corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward according to the evaluation results.Based on the lithium battery industry,this paper studies the evaluation system of green supply chain,helps related enterprises to understand the process and existing deficiencies of green supply chain,provides reference and practical experience for the construction and improvement of green supply chain management,and promotes the development level of green supply chain.
