| As the pioneer of the national economy,the power industry occupies a fundamental pillar position that cannot be ignored in the national economy.Combining a large number of relevant studies and statistical data on industry accidents over the years,it is not difficult to see that the human factor is the main cause of failures and problems in power production.How to combine the actual production of electric power enterprises,through a more systematic study of the actual human error problems in their safety production,and explore a set of countermeasures that can effectively control the management human error,it is bound to be a very important topic of practical significance.This thesis combines management science,organizational behavior,and other disciplines,through literature review,combined with the actual production of electric power companies,indepth research and analysis of human errors and their influencing factors in their production,and the impact of the analytic hierarchy process on key concerns The importance of the factors is determined,and four organizational factors that can be managed and have an important impact on the human error of the power enterprise are determined for the key research.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,the author conducted extensive field investigations on the four organizational factors,and carried out relevant statistical analysis on the data,to further understand the characteristics and status quo of human errors in the safety production of electric power enterprises,such as those in the middle age group.Although employees have accumulated a wealth of on-site work experience,due to the period of burnout,the possibility of mistakes has been brought about;the smoothness of the communication channels between the upper and lower levels is inversely proportional to the frequency of mistakes,and the lack of a complete communication feedback mechanism in the company has increased the communication effect.The stochastic nature of the work force,which in turn makes employees feel resistant and affects work stability;education and training have a high value in promoting employees’ safe operation behavior.The current implementation of education and training in enterprises is satisfied with the past,and there is an urgent need to open up new paths;unplanned Temporary work often becomes the worst-hit area for errors.The accuracy of employees’ response to plan changes and their acceptance of production work plans are positively correlated with the frequency of errors;safety culture is gradually being valued by companies and its status is getting higher and higher.The more employees like to recognize the working atmosphere,the more they can reduce the occurrence of mistakes and so on.On this basis,the important and easy-to-improve management methods are discussed in depth,and the characteristics and basics of the communication and feedback,education and training,plan management,and safety culture of the power company taking A Power Supply Company as an example are analyzed systematically.Circumstances,combined with the results of the questionnaire survey and based on the people-oriented concept,the employee safety promotion plan was proposed from the corporate management level,with flexible management combined with rigid management,and the strict system constraints,performance appraisal and moisturizing of safety management Humanistic care and psychological counseling are organically combined to gradually resolve employees’ emotional resistance to safety regulations,and promote long-term stability of employees’ safety psychological state.Employees work happily and naturally work safely,so as to achieve effective control of human error behavior. |
