Based on the analysis of the casualty accident statistic in the near ten years in coal mine in our country, the death rate in one million tons in coal mine in our country is much higher than that in the developed country, the loss in economy is severe greatly. However the reliability of the equipment is improved constantly, the quantity of the human accidents is more because human has plasticity in physiology, psychology, society and mentality etc. and is difficult in controlling them. The proportion of coal mine accident is the biggest in all kinds of industry enterprises in our country, most of them are human accidents. The method of ATHEANA is applied in the paper, the quantificational method of PSFS is put forward, the parameters of human errors in the combined caving face are analysed and computed. Based on the reliability analysis of the human-machine system in coal mine, the computing method of human reliability effect coefficient in relation to temperature, velocity of wind, illumination and noise under the mine is put forward, the accident human reliability under the mine is computed based on the human work basic reliability. Based on the analysis and study of human accident management and control method, the method system of human error predication and evaluation is put forward, the system includes the life accident analysis, human error predication, manipulation reliability evaluation. The software which can be applied in the human accident prevention in cola mine easily is developed. Based on the factor of management in relation to human accident, that the organization management is very important in the human accident control is realized. Based on the analysis of the specific coal mine environment, the management system of the coal mine human accident control is put forward. Finally, the dangerous of the human accident in one cola mine is evaluated practically.
