| With the continuous advancement of ecological civilization construction in China,the combination of PPP model and environmental projects has promoted the development of environmental protection.However,the construction and operation difficulties of PPP projects are characterized by long investment period,large capital demand,a large number of stakeholders and volatility,politics and companies have to face some difficulties and crises in the application of PPP model.Therefore,it is of great significance for this paper to study the risks faced by the PPP model of the environmental protection industry by taking the representative environmental protection enterprises such as Oriental Garden as an example.In this paper,through the PPP mode and its risk related literature and theories,understand the risk management of PPP mode.Then the application of the PPP model and the overall financial situation of the environmental protection industry are combed,and the main risk composition of the environmental protection industry is analyzed,which is introduced from the whole industry to the case study of the individual company.Then in Beijing Oriental garden shares co.,LTD.,for example,use case analysis,combining qualitative and quantitative research methods,to the east garden in order to solve the financial crisis and the nationalization of events as the background,analyzes the Oriental garden financial status and the present situation of the application of the PPP mode,carding enterprise overall situation,the specific risks facing to dig deeper into the environmental protection enterprises.In the risk identification of Oriental gardens,five types of risks and 18 sub-risks were sorted out by combining the above analysis and consulting with experts.On risk analysis of Oriental garden application of PPP model,using ahp to determine the weights of the various risk and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the company the final risk value,determine the financial policy risk and operational risk,legal risk is relatively great,the risk of the company as a whole in general between risk and high risk.Then,according to the capital structure theory,information asymmetry theory and management overconfidence theory,combined with the analysis results,the causes of Oriental garden risks are deeply explored.Finally,corresponding risk countermeasures are proposed,which can provide theoretical reference for listed companies in China’s environmental protection industry to better apply the PPP model in the future. |
