Due to the rapid development of our economy,speed up the pace of infrastructure construction of risk management are also put forward higher requirements,the research of project risk management also gradually cause the attention of people.With the expansion of the scale of construction projects,the construction period is getting long and the technology is getting complex,so the risk of construction stage are also increasingly outstanding.The poor risk management awareness,the imperfect system and the lack of management capacity for the project participants at this stage make that the quality,schedule,cost,safety and other goals of the construction stage of construction projects often deviate from the expected target.Therefore,the risk management study for the construction stage of the project has a positive meaning to achieve the expected target.This article includes three aspects:(1)Introduced the risk management research,development trend of the historical evolution,and development and status of our construction project risk management.Also,it elaborated on the concept and nature of risk and the basic principles and processes of construction project risk management.(2)Then according to the risk system of risk identification,risk analysis and assessment,risk response,it describes the some of the ways of risks identifications of construction projects.And this Paper identified and summed up all the possible risk factors of the construction projects.What's more,this paper gives an introduction to some methods of risk analysis and evaluation,and analyzed its methods of current construction project risk factors.According to the current construction project risk analysis,the defects of risk assessment methods,the paper proposed a new risk analysis assessment model in the aspect of qualitative risk assessment,and conducted an empirical study on building an additional second-line projects of 2030 Acid Regeneration Environmental Protection Project to test its effectiveness.(3)On the basic of identification,analysis and evaluation,the paper ensured the identified priorities construction project risks,and made risk response measures which is suitable for building construction project.This article is based on analysis and discussion of management methods of environmental protection project risk and proposed a new analysis of evaluation model,Also raised a number of appropriate and practical method of risk identification and coping strategies.It is of some the theoretical and practical value as for enhancing awareness of risk prevention and improving environmental protection project management.
