Incineration power generation is an important way to treat domestic waste.It is important for realizing waste reduction,resource and harmlessness,improving urban and rural environmental sanitation,and solving outstanding environmental problems such as “garbage siege” and “garbage going to the countryside”.Scientifically and rationally determining the planning and site selection of domestic waste incineration power plants is of great significance for promoting the smooth implementation of incineration facilities and improving the harmless disposal capacity of garbage.During the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period in Hebei Province,the waste incineration power generation project in Yongnian District of Handan City,as a major event in infrastructure construction,has realized the centralized and harmless treatment of urban and rural garbage and the construction of “beautiful Yongnian and economically strong areas”.Very important meaning.The location of the waste incineration power plant as a basic optimization problem can not only bring effective economic benefits,but also improve the power supply capacity and reliability of the future network,reduce losses,and bring greater social benefits.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to analyze the site selection of the domestic waste incineration power generation project in Yongnian District.Firstly,using the basic principles of AHP to analyze the main factors affecting the location of waste incineration power generation projects,establish a hierarchical structure model and assess the importance weight of each influencing factor.Then,according to the basic idea of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the merits and demerits of the alternative sites are judged by the model analysis scores,and the optimized site is determined according to the local economic development and planning.Through data review and analysis and discussion,the author quantifies some ambiguity factors and comprehensively analyzes them by various methods,aiming to provide a new idea and a convenient and efficient new method for site selection of such domestic waste incineration power generation projects.I hope to provide some reference and reference for decision makers in making site selection decisions for domestic waste incineration power generation projects.
