| The Mongolian Plateau Grassland Road Economic Belt refers to the urban economic belt formed by the economic zone within a certain range along the transportation line with the China-Mongolia-Russia cross-border international railway line as the axis within the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China and Mongolia.As an important part of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,the green development of the Mongolian Plateau Grassland Road Economic Belt is an important part of achieving the goal of the green "Belt and Road" construction.Currently,the Mongolian Plateau Grassland Road Economic Belt is facing sustainable development approaches and severe ecological environmental challenges,but research on it is very weak.Starting from the theory of green and sustainable development,this article will study the system and practice of the green development elements of the Mongolian Plateau Grassland Road Economic Belt,combining theory with practice to explore the implementation of the green "Belt and Road" in the region,the existing problems and improvements Development Strategy.The main content,research methods and main conclusions of the thesis are as follows:First,on the basis of a more systematic evaluation and analysis of research progress,the concept of sustainable development and green development are integrated,combined with multidisciplinary theories such as urban and rural planning,geography,economics,and ecology,and theories on the green development of economic belts The system was sorted and optimized,the main related theories were summarized,and the technical route and main research methods of investigation and evaluation research were put forward.Secondly,the research and analysis of the domestic and foreign green development element system has established the green development element system of the Grassland Road Economic Belt composed of five subsystems: economic development,resource utilization,environmental quality,social development and urban construction.Third,the application of the green development composition system of the Grassland Road Economic Belt to conduct investigation and evaluation practice research.It mainly constructs an evaluation index system based on statistical data,and combines the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process to compare and analyze the importance of elements to determine the weight of each index,forming a survey evaluation index system.Fourth,carry out investigations and researches on the green development of the Prairie Road Economic Belt and data collection research.Conduct field surveys on 4important node cities and 4 port node cities in the economic belt,collect relevant data and information,especially on the basis of remote sensing image data,apply GPS method to carry out on-site positioning surveys,and conduct on-site surveys on the internal spatial structure of cities and towns And analysis;a more systematic analysis of the scale hierarchy,functional structure and spatial structure of the urban system in the economic zone,mainly from the level of urbanization,urban distribution density,population density,etc.,to analyze the development status and existence of the urban system in the economic zone of the Grassland Road.Fifth,a comprehensive empirical evaluation and calculation of the green development of 10 league cities along the Mongolian Steppe Road Economic Belt were carried out,and the evaluation results were obtained and analyzed.The evaluation result reveals that the green development of the economic zone presents a spatial pattern of "high in the north and high in the middle and low in the middle",and the green development level of each subsystem presents differentiated characteristics,as well as obvious regional differences,resource and environmental background conditions,and opening to the outside world.Conditions and development policies are the main causes.Finally,based on the status quo evaluation and cause analysis,a strategy for comprehensively promoting green development in this economic zone is proposed.Comprehensively implement and strengthen the green "One Belt One Road" construction goal,put forward the green development strategy of the Mongolian plateau grassland road economic belt and the key countermeasures for the green development of the urban system,and put forward specific development suggestions for the three node city types of central,resource and hub,To provide certain decision-making support for ChinaMongolia cooperation in the "Belt and Road" initiative.The characteristics and innovations of this paper are to propose a green development element composition system and an evaluation index system for the Mongolian Plateau Grassland Road Economic Belt.Through field investigation and research and comprehensive evaluation and analysis of green development,countermeasures for optimal development are put forward. |
