Hydrogen sulfide(H2S)is a colorless and toxic gas,which comes from oil and gas production and processing and transportation.If this gas is not processed and then discharged into the environment,it will pose a threat to humans.The indirect electrolysis process of hydrogen sulfide can recover sulfur and hydrogen at the same time,but the system has strong acidity and limited material selection for industrial application equipment.In this paper,an alkaline complex iron absorption solution was used to prepare the SPE electrode at the same time,and the influence of the SPE electrode and the non-SPE electrode on the electrolytic reaction during the electrolytic regeneration of the absorption solution during the indirect hydrogen sulfide electrolysis process was investigated.SPE electrode preparation research results show that the optimal hot pressing conditions of graphite cloth/GN-112 ion membrane/graphite cloth SPE electrode are:hot pressing temperature 200℃,hot pressing time 50s,pressure 0.1MPa,PTFE loading20%Nafion load is 20%and polyethylene glycol load is 20%.Optimum hot-pressing conditions for stainless steel/GN-112 ion-exchange membrane/stainless steel SPE electrode:hot-pressing temperature 130℃,hot-pressing time 100s,pressure 0.1MPa,1%PTFE solution,1%Nafion solution,1%polyethylene Diol solution.The thesis studies the oxidation rate of EDTA-Fe(Ⅱ)on different electrode materials.The results show that the electrolytic performance of graphite cloth mesh SPE electrode is better than that of stainless steel SPE electrode.The pH value has little effect on the electrolysis process of the graphite cloth SPE electrode;at the same temperature,as the pH value increases,the exchange current density gradually increases.When the pH of the solution is 10,the reaction rate is the largest;in the comparison of non-SPE electrodes,the performance of stainless steel electrodes is better than that of graphite cloth electrodes.For stainless steel electrodes,at the same temperature,the solution resistance increases first and then decreases as the pH value increases.At a pH of 10,the solution resistance is 1.712Ω.At the same pH,as the temperature increases,the exchange current density gradually increases,that is,the reaction rate is maximum at 60℃;the cathode current efficiency of non-SPE electrodes and SPE electrodes is≈100%.The chromatographic analysis of the cathode precipitated gas extracted from the cathode reaction shows that the gas obtained from the cathode is high-purity hydrogen.However,the hydrogen evolution potential of the SPE electrode is large,and the polarization current is about 5-6 times higher than that of the non-SPE electrode.
