| As a brand-new concept of urban development,"no-waste city" has received increasing attention from all walks of life.With the promotion of "no-waste city",the management of construction waste is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges,foreign Construction Waste Management Work is more mature,the EU has entered a new stage of transformation and upgrading of high added value,and the current level of Construction Waste Management in China is still very low,construction waste management work has a long way to go.Qingdao’s construction waste management level is in the forefront of our country,to a certain extent,has achieved economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits win-win situation,but compared with Europe and the United States there is still much room for improvement.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this thesis uses the area index method to estimate the construction waste output of new construction,demolition,decoration and fitment projects in Qingdao,and establishes the economic benefit model to carry on the system simulation,this thesis forecasts the economic benefits of construction waste in Qingdao during the period of the 14 th five-year plan under the current management level,and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions based on the three dimensions of generation,management and industrial development.The main achievements of the thesis include:(1)collecting the data of different material waste rate of 8 projects in Qingdao and 42 material price cases,combining the relevant documents issued in Qingdao,the results show that the generation rate of new construction waste in Qingdao is 0.0396t/㎡,and that of demolition construction waste is 1.061t/㎡.Based on the data,a GM(1,1)prediction model is constructed,a scientific forecast of construction waste production in Qingdao during the 14 th five-year plan period.(2)construct the construction waste generation,management and economic benefit evaluation subsystem,define and simulate the construction waste management system in Qingdao,and construct the construction waste management system model with the help of System dynamics.Through simulation,the economic benefit potential of construction waste management in Qingdao during the 14 th five-year plan period is analyzed.(3)based on the three dimensions of construction waste reduction at source,on-site management and industrial development,the path to optimize construction waste management in Qingdao was constructed.The results of the research have good prediction effect and high prediction precision,and can simulate the construction waste management system of Qingdao accurately and effectively.It will help improve the management of construction waste in Qingdao,promote the construction of "waste-free cities" and help achieve "carbon neutrality". |
