Research On Comprehensive Benefit Of Construction Waste Resource Recovery

With the acceleration of urbanization and the renovation of the Old City in full swing,a large number of construction waste comes along.However,in our country,the disposal method mainly by stacking and landfill brings huge threat to the environment and produces many ecological problems.Recycling construction waste is undoubtedly the best way to solve these problems.Based on this,this paper puts forward to turn construction waste into treasure.Discussion on comprehensive benefit of construction waste recycling.Taking recycled concrete solid brick as an example,based on the life cycle assessment and theory of circular economy,this paper analyzes the economic and environmental benefits of recycled concrete solid brick from the social perspective.Combined with economic and environmental benefits analysis of comprehensive benefits,including the following specific content:First of all,through literature reading,found that construction waste recycling is the future research hotspot and development trend in this field.Further perusing the literature to find out the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing research.In view of the shortcomings of this paper to determine the content of research.Secondly,the process of construction waste resource regeneration is divided into transportation,production and landfill.The economic benefit model is established by using economic benefit analysis method,and the environmental benefit model is established based on life cycle assessment.The costs and benefits of various operations are analyzed quantitatively in terms of the output of 1 cubic recycled concrete solid brick.Then the Kunming case is selected to validate the model.The case study shows that recycled brick of construction waste has higher economic benefit.The economic benefits mainly come from the transportation and landfill operations.Mainly due to the transport distance difference and construction waste pollution caused by high fees.At the same time,the environmental benefit of recycled brick from construction waste is also remarkable.The main reason is that the production of recycled concrete solid brick consumes a lot of construction waste,thus greatly reducing the amount of construction waste landfill.The comprehensive benefit of recycled brick is analyzed by combining economic benefit and environmental benefit with the method of national economic evaluation.The results show that the utilization of construction waste has a net benefit to the society.Finally,according to the analysis above,according to the life cycle of construction waste,some suggestions are put forward to promote the recycling of construction waste.
