| As a detection method,fluorescent probe has the advantages of low dosage,strong signal and good pertinence,real-time dynamic imaging and strong anti-jamming ability,so it is favored by researchers in all kinds of detection and diagnosis.The synthesis of various selective fluorescent probes with excellent pertinence and low background signals have attracted the interest of more and more researchers in the diagnosis and detection of aquaculture industry.Benzothiazole is one of the important building blocks of all kinds of biological fluorescence probes.In this paper,benzothiazole is used as the basic structural unit to design and construct novel fluorescent probe molecules.It is expected that the characteristic fragment c-MYC Pu22 in broiler c-MYC gene can be recognized by the prepared BGCS probe molecule,and the residual hypochlorite content in livestock shed disinfectant can be determined by BTNA probe molecule,hoping to provide help for scientific breeding.Therefore,as the initial design unit of the probe in this paper,the structure of benzothiazole designed two kinds of fluorescent small molecules,and explored their spectral properties and practical application value.1.There is a high proportion of guanine in the c-MYC Pu22 DNA sequence of broilers,which usually exists in the form of G-quadruplex.The BGCS probe studied in this paper can dynamically locate the G-quadruplex of c-MYC Pu22 DNA in broilers,and then reveal the mechanism of DNA transcription on the proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis of myoblasts in broilers.In this paper,based on the characteristic properties of G-quadruplex,the designed and synthesized BGCS5 and BGCS6 probe molecules can specifically bind to c-MYC Pu22 DNA sequences.The molecules themselves do not produce fluorescence and can emit red fluorescence after binding.Under the experimental conditions in this paper,the fluorescence intensity is more than 20000,and there is basically no background fluorescence.2.Hypochlorite is a disinfectant commonly used in livestock sheds,but its excessive use will also have a negative impact on the normal growth of livestock to a certain extent.In order to detect the content of residual hypochlorite in the shed,the benzothiazole structure with low cost and easy to obtain was selected as the basic framework,and a highly selective organic fluorescence probe molecule for hypochlorite was designed and synthesized.In the application,based on the fluorescent molecule,the application of portable hypochlorite detection paper is explored,which can quickly turn red when hypochlorite is detected. |
