| Multicomponent chemical reactions is an important of organic reactions, whichhas more advantages, such as easy to operate, easier preparation of starting materials,higher resource utilization ratio, higher atomic economy, and so on. It is not only alarge number of applications in the design and synthesis of new drugs, but also widelyused in combinatorial chemistry and the synthesis of natural products. Synthesis ofthe nitrogen-containing or nitrogen-substituted naphthol compounds are widely usedin medicine, materials and other aeras. From the viewpoint of environmental friendly,this paper focuses on the multicomponent reactions of2-naphthol, amines andaldehydes. Finally, we successfully synthesized1,3-oxazine compounds, phenoliccompounds and aminonaphthalene imino naphthol compounds.This paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter1In this chapter, two aspects of the application and synthesis of thenitrogen-containing or nitrogen-substituted naphthol compounds carried on a moredetailed overview.Chapter2In this chapter, we studies the reaction of naphthol, aldehyde with amines, usingaluminum as catalyst. We obtained a series of aminos (or imino or a naphthodihydro-oxazine) naphthol compounds and found a method for preparing suchcompounds both green and simply.Chapter3In this chapter we synthesized the compoud of2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehydefrom a reaction of2-naphthol and paraformaldehyde in acetic acid with catalyst ofammonium acetate. Compared with the methods reported in the literature, this methodhave some advantages which are simple reacting conditions, fast, high yield, simplepost-processing.Chapter4The content in this chpter is a reaction of2-naphthol, aldehydes with amidesunder using zinc-copper couple as catalyst, after exploring we obtained a series ofamide alkyl naphthalene phenolic compounds, and found a method for preparing such compounds both green and simply. |
