The chemical absorption method based on alcohol amine is used in CO2 capture from-flue gas because of its mature technology and economically feasible characteristics.However,problems such as low desorption efficiency,high regeneration energy consumption and strong corrosive equipment restrict its further promotion and application.Therefore,conducting beaker laboratory tests and selecting new alcohol amine aqueous solutions suitable for industrial applications can provide technical support for emission reduction of power plant flue gas.In this work,we used 2-(Diethylamino)ethanol(DEEA)as the absorbents.Three primary amines such as 3-Methylaminopropylamine(MAPA)and 1,4-Diaminobutane(BDA)were used as accelerators,and build a new blenfed alcohol amine absorbents.In order to verify the CO2 capture performance,we designed a laboratory absorption-desorption experiment platform,and measured the saturated absorption,desorption,apparent desorption rate and circulation of CO2 at a series of temperature and normal pressure.Desorption amount.The optimal ratio of amine for and accelerator was determined.In order to explore the reaction mechanism of CO2,we used Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry(FT-IR)and 13C NMR(13C Nuclear Magnetic Resonance)to analyze the components.Based on the"zwitterion mechanism"and"base-catalyzed hydration mechanism",the reaction mechanism was constructed.In order to verify the corrosion effect of the CO2-loaded aqueous solution on the capture equipment,we used 20#carbon steel as the corrosion material to construct a set of electrochemical experiment platform.The corrosion characteristics of temperature,CO2 loading and p H on 20#carbon steel were clarified.By using SEM and EDS and other characterization methods,the surface morphology and corrosion products of 20#carbon steel after being corroded were analyzed.Compared with a single DEEA aqueous solution,the blended absorbent constructed in this paper is better than a single alcohol amine aqueous solution in terms of absorption capacity,desorption capacity and desorption rate.Moreover,the blended absorbent has lower corrosiveness.Therefore,the blended absorbent has certain application prospects in promoting the development of carbon capture technology.
